Hi Katarina! I was feeling chronically tired lately as well. I started taking an iron and B6 supplement as well as cutting back on caffeine and alcohol and it's really helped. I think a lot of women have lower iron levels but doctors can't always tell from the standard blood test (which we call a complete blood count here in the US). if the issue persists it might be good to get blood work done. Iron deficiency can make you feel really tired. Magnesium is also good to take at night time to help with relaxation.

Hey lovely. Some advice for your exhaustion. I've studied nutrition and naturopathy. You should get your bloods done, check iron levels and hormones incase of an imbalance. You could be low in Iron or B12. I doubt you are low in Vitamin D. Also try having breakfast everyday and adding lots of protein to your meals. You've become my new fave youtuber, look so forwrd to your videos every week or so. xo

great vlog🥰 I read advice to eat one raw clove of a garlic on an empty stomach every day to clean pimples on a chin. I did this for 3 weeks and have clean chin for half a year now.
