keep us updated on how fast it is,just tested my typhon with tppower 4050 1950kv motor on 4s with 16 tooth pinion...things rapid, gets to top end to quick..think I need a 18t pinion now..temps seem low so should be ok
You have to heat the pinion with a soldering iron in order to get the pinion off....Put the tip of the soldering iron on the grub screw and let it just set there for a few minutes...it will heat up the red Loctite and allow you to turn the screw and get it out. After the screw is out....put the soldering iron tip in the hole and put a flat head screw driver behind the pinion and motor mount....apply some pressure to the pinion like you are prying it off, but have the hot tip of the soldering iron in the hole at the same time....it will start to loosen that red Loctite and the pinion will slide off. I did this trick to my Kraton a few days ago and it worked like a charm!👌🏼Saw this tip on an Arrma Forum...
I was hoping mine did wheelies and its hard to get it to do some. I've always liked these tires so I was thinking about getting them because it may help the traction for more wheelies
