DIESEL PARTS DIRECT for Kubota parts 888-687-0539 www.dieselpartsdirect.com/ On line suppler. There are also cheap aftermarket injectors available on Ebay. Just search for whatever engine you have. These are hit and miss but so much cheaper that OEM.
Meanwhile, 5 years later....We were plagued by squatters on our property and they didn't steal this chipper because it had 2 flat tires... ANYWAY, does anyone know what battery this thing takes. I have the original owners manuals but it does not specify.

Not sure how I can help you. If you have fuel to the injector pump and no fuel coming out to the injectors then the problem is obviously the injector pump.
Those logs should've gone in without stopping, plus you said they reduced the horsepower. What you are basically left with now is a 200XP, you really can't be asking for 250XP money, I have 20k cash ready to pick up.
I was manually controlling the feed. I'm sure the engine could take those logs without stopping. And no, it's a 250 with a 100 hp non-ecm, non-electronic tank of an engine that will easily out work and out live a brand new 135hp PSI gas engine that everyone is buying these days. And if one wanted to they could rebuild the fuel pump and injectors to increase the hp. Personally I don't think it's necessary. Over the course of a day you are probably taking a few minutes longer to get through your chipping but you are saving on fuel cost, maintenance cost and longevity. I don't even consider ridiculas low ball offers.
So I know this demo is a little awkward. I had my son running it and this machine was pretty unfamiliar to him. Also we need to build a wired remote for it. It's pretty hard to see what your doing at the control station.
I have come across many older 280xp chippers for sale with a single axle. Were they ever under 10,000lbs? Their website is now saying 14,000lbs which is a crazy jump from one size smaller 255xp at 8,200lbs.
That one will pull you in, and chew you up...guy told me he had a coworker that wouldnt let go of the limbs..last he saw of him was his boots going in..washed him out and called the family..be careful
Super good info bought a used WC126 and wondering about changing that blades. Do you have the blades professionally sharpened or just use a grinder in maybe a jig?
I just did my 250. Very complete job except removing the hoses. Wondering how long it takes you to do this job? It took forever on mine the engine cover had the thickest hardest paint I have ever removed.
I believe Morbark makes a kit that can be bought but I would recommend you fabricate something. The main parts are the tank and brackets, the pump and the atomizers. The high tech and expensive controller is completely unnecessary. I have used tanks and brackets I could sell you. And the other parts I can tell you where to get them. But maybe contact Morbark and see what they sell the setup for. Bandit might also offer something.
