Product demonstration videos for ACE™ Brand braces and supports
ACE™ Brand offers a complete line of elastic compression bandages, hot and cold therapy products, and knee, ankle, elbow, wrist and back braces, wraps and supports.
A Brief History of ACE™ Brand Products
Oscar O. R. Schwidetzky is credited with the first development of the American-made ACE™ Bandage in 1918. "ACE" stands for "All Cotton Elastic" and has been a trusted brand in elastic bandages for nearly 100 years.
The ACE™ Product line kept pace with the latest technology, and the needs of a growing market. In 1976, the line of elastic bandages expanded to include hosiery and braces.
In 2009, 3M acquired the brand, and today continues the tradition of innovation and quality, focusing on three product areas: Elastic Bandages, Hot/Cold Therapy, and Braces and Supports.
My are giver did that to both y feet and a little short of my knee, at 5:30 am, I had to wake hubby up to have him remove them. I’m a paraplegic, therefore couldn’t do it myself. After he removed, both legs had deep indentations where the ace bandage had been, those parts of leg, looked better, but above, was even more swollen

Hello - We do not recommend securing the wrap at the ankle. We would recommend starting at the ankle and wrapping up the leg. Please feel free to connect with our product experts if you have any additional questions. s.3m.com/v650s963 Thank you.

Wow, got two huge Ace bandages at the hospital 30 years ago after a minor car accident. The ER doc wrapped both knees for me. Sporadically I have had to wrap a knee. I didn’t remember how the doc did it, so I came here for a refresher. Thanks for posting! Of course I have been doing it all wrong all this time.🙄

@@BrightonVlogs_2006 oh i see. Mine hurts when i move it in certain positions like extending the wrist in a push up position. At rest I have tingling sensations in my fingers and that's it. I wrapped it in a bandage but i was just afraid if the tendon could be completely torn, but i guess that's unlikely as i have no bruising or swelling
every other video I watched talks about doing a figure 8, not the this overlap with no gaps approach. Which is right for an outward rolled sprained ankle?
Please see the following cleaning instructions: First, if your support has hinges, remove them. Then close all straps and fasteners and hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. DO NOT machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use fabric softener or bleach on the brace. Thanks for asking! If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact our product support team at 1-800-537-2191 Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm CT.
That procedure does NOT work for a large breasted woman! So I'll let you use me as your model if you can show me how to wrap it so it doesn't dig into anywhere.
