Being honest with yourself means you can heal. I have found that once I did start to acknowledge some of these home truths I could work on becoming a much stronger person as well. Not just emotionally but when it came to desicion making. Follow ur gut instincts.

Hi Judy. He says TY. We all enjoyed the celebration. It was nice getting together. Covid has changed allot of sociabley. I feel for NSW in Australia, they'll be a lockdown for a while. Im really thankful that Qld hasn't been to badly like others States have. 🙏 I hope your keeping well and keeping Covid19 safe.
It doesn't look very bad. Cleaning and sterile dressings, staying off the foot... It looks like it will heal. I had all my toes removed (both feet) recently. I just didn't feel like staying inactive and suffering pain (I'm not diabetic, so there's no neuropathy which can be a blessing in case of prolonged healing).... I healed beautifully. I hardly miss a day of not walking or running for at least 15 kilometers.

Yep.... Our dog Bambi after 6 years of living in Qld, has just looked up, and she finds them intriguing. I love the little critters. They keep the spiders and flies at bay when you get the good ol Ozzie inside fly. TY Johny, you've been a fabulous support.

TY Judy. 1 of my very loyal fans. Yes it feels gr8 to b out and about. I was very fortunate, the NDIS gave me an all torain wheely walker. So I've mounted the camera on its seat so u all get to follow Bams out and about. Her ear infection has cleared, she spent a few nights in the animal hosp, cost me a fortune, but we love our animals, and do what it takes to keep them healthy and safe. Just as u do with ur cows. Bloody fences are so difficult to work on. I used to help my pop with his fencing on his acres after acres, after acres many moons ago. Keep safe and healthy Judy. Look forward to a meet and greet after the covid19 is irradicated and we can all cont. On with our normal lives.

Hello. Here in Belgium everything ok. We are also in lockdown. We can only go out shopping for food, go to work or go to the chemist and we have to keep our distance even in the shops. I work from home now. I only go once a week and then only in the morning to work to look if there is post and do things we can't do at home.

Argh, TY Judy. I've been pretty unwell, and been having a barrage of tests to help find the prob. 1 last test to come, to clarify 1 more thing, which means finally after 5 years, a diagnosis. It's been a longggggg, painful period in my life. Pain still hasn't left me. But for now, I'm the one controlling it. Pain can wear u down. How r u and the famz coping with this whole Covid-19 deal? @@judyturnbull6773 the farming industry must keep you busy. And at the moment living a sheltered life is what they want us the live right now. I don't go out at the best of times, so I get you from that aspect of life. Although, your work must be extremely busy and physically hard. Something I can no longer do. 5 years ago I had a 2 year plan to return to work, however 5 yrs later, I'm in worse pain and in worse shape, but, people like you, that work there butts off. I look up to people like yourself. Take care of you Judy. You and it Famz is numb1 at this time. So is each and every1 of u. See u all on the other side, I believe is the saying I am looking for.

I'm using the same phone,its camera is excellent and after a while the phone gets easier to use as well.Just take your time.Hope the bodies in one piece!

Can I suggest! you should be taking Neurontin/ Gabapenton for nerve damage caused from spinal issues, not valium. I take Gabapenton daily for multi herniated discs and osteoporosis! also, you need to drink plenty of water hydrate, as that will cause a lot of leg/foot cramps. Valium is not intended or made to be used for pain relief or considered a pain medication. I have both a pharmacy lic and suffer with severe chronic pain I take pain meds and have valium but val it is only taken for alone for resting, not pain or taken together with pain meds. You need to find a Dr who will treat you with the correct medications! Dont drive while taking it! I cant drive anymore because of nerve damage! Also tip, exercise does help seek out water in a pool therapy, or class like yoga! Much easier on your body to build up muscles, tone and strength with low impact or risk of injury! HELLO Judy. I’ve had to have some PreOp tests done for a back surgery happening very soon. My bladder spasms which are crippling and horrendous for me, is because of multi level disc herniations. The one in particular is the level T8. It’s gr8 to hear from you. How is farming life going? I truely hope you r all safe and away from the fire zones. I’m going to be planning a meet and greet sometime this yr when I can get back on m feet again.
