Hi Brett, For the life of me I don't know why you would be uncomfortable on camera. You have a very pleasant appearance. It's always nice to put a face to a voice. 👍❤ I enjoyed your walk and scenic views are so beautiful 😊 The churches glass stained windows are impressive,. indeed❣️
Thank you M Wall , i get a little flustered when trying to do a script, i think im better and more relaxed when o go off the cup but its really nice of you to say so. This was an old video and hopefully i will get better and more relaxed on camera.

What a nice, peaceful walk. I love hearing the sounds of nature.🐦 Your vista on the bench of the rolling green was pretty.🌳 Thanks for sharing part of you day with us. Hugs to you and your mum.🤗
Hi Brett, The filming quality of this video is extra nice 👍 It’s visually stunning on my older iPad. ❤ Is that due to the 720p setting? Also, glad to see you continuing your walks 🙂
Love these walks. I was thinking about what you should name your channel. Maybe “Adventures with Brett” so it keeps it open for all kinds of walks. Anyway, hope all is as well as it can be. Prayers for your mom. 🖖
UK Country Side is so very peaceful. ❤ Don’t know what to call your channel maybe Brett The Englishman Walker . Good luck with your health walks. I love walking in too, but my foot gives up well before the rest of me. So I just do what I can and have to make the walks shorter than I would like.
@@brettm1251 yes Brett, I do a lot of indoor exercise videos including yoga, Pilates, Step Aerobics and light weights. I just get frustrated I can only walk around one hour and foot starts hurting 😠 I know knee problems are frustrating too.
What a nice area for you to live. I love seeing the country side, town, and the homes. Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. Hope all is well and hugs to you and your mum!!
Great to see you back buddy. Loved the walk and talk. Such a beautiful place. Hope all is a good as it can be with your mom on mother's day. Sending prayers and love.
This was so interesting!! I watched both streams of the area. Great job, Brett!! I worked at Red Rocks in Colorado. It was built as a bomb shelter for Roosevelt. Now, it is an amphitheater. I made all of the food for the bands, crew, and union. Our backstage were all caves. So I spent six years there in the summer!! So I guess I am a cave dwellers.
Thank you for the comment Virginia glad you liked the vlog. It seams you have lived a very interesting life and i do love listening to your story's thanks for sharing.
@@brettm1251 Thank you Brett. Can't be my age without stories to tell. I have lived a long life so far. And, I plan to continue to have stories! Life is good!!!
What a wonderful vlog. I was so intrigued that I had to do some research to learn more about these cave homes. How interesting to learn that the Holy Austin Rock Houses were occupied by families until 1960s. And that legend has it that a lady named Margaret of the Fox Earth used to dwell there until her death in 1617. What a unique place to visit. I appreciate that you took the time and effort to bring your subscribers and viewers to these rock houses. 👏👏👏👏
Thank you HC for the comment. Margaret of the Fox Earth, or Meg O’ Fox Holes, was a real person who is reputed to have lived a solitary existence in the cave dwellings of Kinver Edge on the border between Worcestershire and Staffordshire during the 17th Century. Whilst others lived there in community, Margaret’s cave, known as Nanny’s Cave or Rock, was set apart, obscured by woodland. She may have been a witch, or a Christian hermit, or both; our own Desert Mother, but very little is known about her. What we do know is that there is an entry in Parish records telling us that a ‘Margaret-of-the-Fox-Earth’ died there on 8th June, 1617.
Great to see you! I loved the walk, the church, and the quaint village. Thank you for sharing your world with us. Have a great weekend...Big hugs to you and your mum, and may God Bless.
