Yeah, I was creative when I went to Japan when I was 22 I got myself a Coke can and a hairdryer with the in with the new American plug. I got a dragon Ball Z comic book I guess that’s the creative I got I didn’t know where else to go otherwise I would’ve probably gotten something else, but when I went, there was no such thing as Pokémon, but there was always such thing as Sanrio.
Great video!!! I love every single clothing piece. I love your style. I Can’t wait to see more videos and my opinion I think you did amazing on your last video dressing like those Pullip Dolls
This made my day !!! Thank you so much for the positive feedback !! I hope to build an outfit to match Vesta in a way but more so Lolita but with the same kind of Colors !! If it weren’t for Pullip I wouldn’t have even tried ! Hehe
These wigs though !!! It’s happened to me before too ! I will definitely dress up to match my Pippy haha I don’t have the right shoes but I was thinking of just getting inexpensive white Lolita ones as my first pair of Lolita shoes !! It’s so intimidating shopping for Lolita stuff 😅
Another note: We visited during Cherry Blossom season and so we booked our accommodation a few months in advance and still could only get a place 1 hour from inner Tokyo. We were lucky we got a place in Kyoto under $200 a night that slept four. One week before we looked and everything was booked up solid or super expensive last minute. However on our first trip we went in Jan/Feb low season and we got such great deals on last minute bookings for hotels. Before booking hotels, consider if it’s highseason or low and keep checking to see if the prices fluctuate. Especially if it’s low season, it’s probably best to book just your first night and wing the rest with last minute booking discounts.
Did you know ! In 2018, a Japanese man named Akihiko Kondo made headlines for holding an unofficial wedding ceremony with a virtual singer, Hatsune Miku, a Vocaloid character known for her synthesized voice and digital persona. Kondo, a school administrator in his 30s, said that his affection for Miku stemmed from her constant presence in his life during difficult times, particularly when he struggled with depression and felt isolated from society. Description of Akihiko Kondo: Appearance: Akihiko Kondo is an average-looking man in his 30s, with a soft-spoken demeanor. He has been described as polite and reflective. Personality: Kondo has expressed feeling misunderstood and lonely in his earlier years, leading him to retreat from traditional human relationships. However, he has also shown resilience, eventually finding solace in a relationship with a virtual character, Miku. He views his relationship with Miku as genuine, providing him with emotional support and companionship. He emphasizes that his love for Miku transcends her being fictional, and for him, it is more about the connection and the support she gave him during his hardships. Why He Married Hatsune Miku: Kondo’s marriage to Miku is symbolic of his emotional bond with her. He explained that Miku had been a source of comfort and stability when he was experiencing mental health struggles and alienation from human relationships. This connection led him to view her as more than just a fictional character-he saw her as a significant part of his life, capable of offering emotional support when no one else did. His decision to "marry" her was a way of affirming that bond, even though the marriage is not legally recognized. This act highlights both the growing role of technology in human relationships and the challenges some individuals face in forming traditional bonds in modern society.
