Hi. The super loop set up is not clear. The movable seal is at the bottom when you connect the loop to tubing. Then in the next shot the seal is up at the top. Then in the sample injection (syringe) shot, it's back at the bottom again and moves upward as the injection happens. What did you do between the steps that caused the seal to move up then back down again? Also, you did not show how you assembled the superloop after you filled it with buffer. Can you please provide more details. The superloop product sheet does not have step by step descriptions either
