Under the starlit sky, peeping through the frosted tips of the trees a little piece of magic awaits for those that believe…Putting the magic and wonder into life one season at a time but Christmas year round! A place to share all things Christmas especially those that look like they’ve come straight out of THE workshop with the occasional other seasonal event thrown in for good measure.
Concrete is tricky to work with once it hardens. First thing, it looked like you had too much water. I would have mixed it in a separate container all together, then put 2-3 inches in each mold, then put the bits on top. You may be able to get concrete sealer but if it's crumpling now it probably wont hold it together. You might be best to just chip the stones and redo them.
I got my book today….it is a wonderful story and I love the illustrations! I enjoyed the extras at the end of the story, it was a nice touch to have the history of hot chocolate and the recipe. The photos of you as a child were a sweet touch. I really enjoyed this book!
My mum had four children. Her friend made stockings for the older two, my Mum then made stockings for my brother and I who are younger. Now, with every in-law qnd grandchild who enters the family, a new stocking is made with our names on. They go up the stairs bannister
You are making magical memories with your family! Spud is very creative and did a great job on her cards and gift tags. The littlest was very creative in helping with the ornaments, wonderful placement of glitter! Thanks for taking the time to give a peek into your holidays, I am enjoying it so much.
I’m rewatching some of your videos from last year, as I’m well into prepping for this year, and I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how much I appreciate you keeping the magic alive in your videos and in how you speak. It means I can safely watch with little ears around 😅😊
Just found you through your centre parcs video and so glad I did, every Christmas Eve we have a picnic under the tree and I’m going to buy those picnic items now ❤❤❤
I recently found out that you can gain nectar points from so many different shops, including petrol stations! Have saved a lot which im going to put towards extra Christmas bits. I've also recently got into tinted and made £104 so far, using a bit to pay bills but our secret Santa budget is £50 so that's that looked after :D
The leftovers going mouldy issue really got sorted for me with two tips. 1: Keep one space in your fridge for leftovers with a piece of masking tape and the date they went in - plan to use them for lunches. 2: If you know you won't be using them for lunch, put them into the freezer dated and named of course. Then one night a week or a month, have a bit of a freezer buffet dinner. Game changer!
Thanks so much Anna for sharing our picnic box set! I’m so glad you’re inspired and the picnic you have planned sounds amazing! I can’t wait to see it all come together. We do a North Pole breakfast every year, we did a midnight feast last year too inspired as you were by the Christmas Prepper! I’m thinking this year of using the picnic idea but for the car and we will go travel around our area looking at lights and things.
