My name I created back in 1999 when I started playing Everquest (yes I'm old, lol). Needed something that sounded like a Cavalier/Knight. Was co-founder of the Guild Celestial Navigators which is still active these many years later. I retired from Everquest and picked up Battlefield.
My Battlefield career goes all the way back to 1942 on PC. Discovered the "Desert Combat" mod of 1942 by Trauma Studios and loved flying the Apache. Was part of a competitive clan called HyperElite. Dice bought Trauma and I saw their influence on subsequent Battlefield games. Still playing BFV. I had pre-ordered BF2042 but canceled after the Beta.
I play on a PS5 with a 55" LG OLED C9 TV . Member of the platoon GP* and many of my videos feature mates from GP*.

FYI, I trade subscriptions and comments with other Creators on RU-vid.
Lol, yeah, Dice is incapable of making a house interior look realistic beyond a few chairs. And this was BFV. I don't think BF2042 was any better. Maybe with the next BF game the programmers can match the detail in R6S.
Ok, don't laugh......it's Battlefield V. Believe it or not there are still a lot of servers (on PS5 at least) and players. No crossplay on BFV though. Not sure how the PC servers are doing.
Yeah, I remember in the Desert Combat mod of BF1942 infantry could not take out a tank solo, even the engineer class. But starting with BF3 Dice started giving just about every infrantry class a way to deal with tanks. It got more intense with BFV and they also added the "broken part" mechanic to tanks too.
Yeah, I’ve debated with myself in the past. The tradeoff of showing a 1 sec “subscribe” screen versus benefiting from the algorithm giving me more exposure because a loop increases my watch time and percentage. I should probably try it again with short “loopable” content and put a subscribe message on a border.
Yeah, 2042 looked like Fortnite to me. The art direction, color palate, and quality was rock bottom. Dice totally forgot what made Battlefield games different and fun.
Those were made by the Japanese to destroy tanks, there is no evidence to suggest any worked, also you died upon impact, they had a similar tool for scuba divers, and many other suicide weapons which we know as kamikaze, a word meaning "divine winds" in Japanese. The reason behind that name was the mongol empire tried to attack japan twice and both times an incredibly timed typhoon destroyed the vast majority of the attacking force
In game, I always thought you don’t take enough damage when using those, like 25 points. IRL, if you are suppose to die when using it why put it on such a long pole I wonder? Was there a hope you might live?
@@roddingham I think the idea originated from the ones they used to blow up ships, they would put divers in heavy suits where they would sink, with 10 hours worth of oxygen, they carried a purpose built landmine on a stick which they rammed into the hull of the ship. the only logical reason I could see for a longer stick is to have more of a chance at hitting a tank, I think if you held it wrong and were by chance far enough away from the target, the pole would launch back and impale you anyway,
Just a few hours ago they announced they would NOT require a PSN account for PC players but they didn’t address if they would reverse any accounts that had refunded in the past 3 days.
