Long haul Stansted, Dubai, Singapore to Perth and return was abysmal! Cattle truck seating configuration, awful hot food options, acrid coffee, sockets useless, crews were exhausted and harrassed - shameful!

Hi. I had fast track on this day. Check-in for EK018 opens at 10am and I was through at 10:20. Please keep in mind though that I travelled mid week so it was quieter than if you flew on a weekend.
Hi. During booking you can reserve your seat but my can be for a small fee. If you do online check-in up to 48 hours before departure then your seat can be chosen for free. Do note however that twin seats cost more (£64 a pop on my flight home) and preferred seats come at a premium but aren’t overly expensive. Hope this helps.
Bro you had to give the IFE 8 or 8.5 because the touchscreen wasn’t responsive properly. I think 10 is too much for the IFE that you rated. But all the other things that you rated are fair.
