the original Shakespeare text reads: 'Whose misadventur'd piteous overthrows Do,with their death, bury their parents’ strife.' and not 'Doth' which is the old third person singular form of the verb 'do' and does not correspond to the preceeding plural, 'piteous overthrows' If you have friends studying the Romeo and Juliet prologue tell them to change this, if the copy of text their teacher provides is incorrect as was the case for my daughter.
