Don’t believe the hype! Most of it’s all lies. The MCB is an entity created for itself. A federally funded state program-which in my estimation is a completely in efficient poorly run state program. It is a tragedy, for all people with blindness and blind issues, to deal with this hypocrisy. All management is interested in is making sure all the check boxes are marked. And they are doing some phony baloney presentation. Unfortunately, when it comes down to this organization, it’s sad to say they are completely inapt and providing for the people for Massachusetts that I blind. It is a typical top down operation. Ask them if they ever do a survey for all 6000 blind people in the state, if they are really happy with their services. It’s all absolute BS, all smoke and mirrors for the most part. However, there are some people who do really care about visually impaired and blind people. I wish they would let them run the program and not the politicians.

Fannie mae wasn't giving in my experience. They took my 84 year old grandfather's house that had been in the family for generations and pretty much opted to throw him out on the street even after the family came together and tried to pay off whatever they needed to to have Grandpa stay in his house we're still hurting from this horrible experience today. That property had so many memories but Fannie Mae told the court that they'd rather have that property and own it even if it meant they were throwing an elderly man who was vulnerable out onto the streets.
