@@micheledoddi2572 check the episode two or three. There’s a diagram to show you how to connect the output from the FX to the mixer. It’s similar idea to use SM10. You will use the inputs from the FX and put them to the loop of the switcher. After that, the output for each of the FXs will go to the mixer inputs, the final output L/R from the mixer should go to the power amp or another delay/reverb that can be controlled by switch bypass from the switcher. You might want to experiment
@@danielconrad764 yellow classic is standard thin neck. For the Huff strat I believe it’s standard 59 neck. FYI. I agree the Yellow Huff is a great guitar as well
Hi Andrew. I'm planning to buy a ToneX, but since you have the Tonex and the Friedman let me ask you... Why you have both? Can't the Tonex get an identical tone as the Friedman IR?
@@tiagoliveira_guitar Hi Tiago, the reason here because simplicity to get original hot rodded Marshall tone. I think ToneX is great for simulation stuff (example rockmod or studio preamp) and the Marshall tone comes thru the IRX. I alternate between those two so I’ll have tremendous amount of selection similar to the Huff rack. That’s the main reason why I have IRX on the board
How was the guitar show overall? From the video it seems like there wasn’t much foot traffic, did that change at all? I hate to judge a whole show based on a single short video but having attended 4 guitar shows in the past 2 years it seems like it is a dying event. Not much product moving and vendors barely breaking even if that.
I heard Sunday was bloodbath due to not so many guitars sold. It’s really tough market. Overall, it was slow and things not selling. It becomes just a show and tell or just an expensive hang out for some folks. Though it’s short video (from the start of the show on Saturday), the vibes are the same throughout the show. Some folks believe it might to do with election. Cash is tight these days
You could but not all the pickguard made the same for each guitar. What you can do is to pick a strat with current pickguard. Get a part and give it to a tech or you can do yourself. Fun project ❤️
@@NikolausBrocke Tyler has it on their website. It’s just a series parallel with mid boost. Also, in the middle of this video, there’s wiring diagram that I drew. You can email me for the higher res wiring diagram
Awesome as always my friend! Sounds glorious! I’m in the beginning stages of building my Huffcaster and can’t wait! This definitely got me even more excited than I already was. Thanks for sharing!
@@SessionGold thanks so much brother! Glad you liked it! And YES I definitely will do a video of the build! It’s going to take a little while to get everything together but I’m stoked!
1. Routing for a 9v? Why didn't you just get the Fishman plate? It's rechargeable and you wouldn't have to route for anything. 2. The tuners you selected were the incorrect ones. You need to learn to do your homework and find parts (in this case the particular brand of tuners you chose) that have the correct mounting style to match the mounting holes of the guitar in question. 3. Stop trying to grow a mustache and goatee, it looks really dumb on you.
1. I like it better with 9V and I did consider fish man plate. I’m just thinking it’s better with 9V 2. I did my homework to find the hipshot tuners. I want to keep the string tee instead of staggered 3. Noted, too busy these days to shave 😆
Love this board. Another question: you wanted the H9 (H3000) to go into the TSC, but the Tri Avatar is only mono input. Does that mean your detune is mono? I’ve always assumed we want detune in stereo for the spread. Thanks again.
Though it’s a mono input, you can use stereo signals come in, you just need to wire the two stereo output from the Eventide to the input of the triavatar. You’ll get the same spread when you return it back to the PBC10
@@andrewraharjo I can't find any here in Brasil. I'm building a custom Strat inspired by Dan Huff's guitar. How much do you sell the covers? Send to Brasil?
Thank you, I think I alternate between presets. I think I use mostly preset ping pong delay, dynamic delay, and layer chorus. 2299P needs to run in parallel to get that stereo effect. You can create your own preset and pan the delay at 500ms. Sine wave will give you more spread with chorus and detune
