sorry to be critical, but you should work on your sound. in your car, it's perfect. Then you are pretty silent and then all of a sudden the Music starts nearly as double loud than your previous talking. But yeah, the house is nice :)

This is a high end track home. Toll brother has duplicated this Sandhaven plan too many times I'm the Houston area. Definitely not worth a starting price of 1.6 to not be a totally custom home. I'm a Realtor and I know for fact, I'm Houston this plan was starting at mid $800k before covid. Inflation and economic factors are really making it hard for buyers. It is truly not a good time to buy. This home would never be worth $1.6 in a normal market!
I must say to be 1.6 million I was very much so underwhelmed by the house. It’s beautiful no doubt just not worth the price in my opinion,even if all the furniture came with it. At most 900,000. Great vid 👍🏾
Thank you! Yes, Flower Mound is a very expensive area but the property also sits on half an acre of land 🤗 I agree though!
