I really like your loose brushstrokes. I am not good at expressive clean line art. Although it looks so beautiful to me, I don’t like making it so I am not gonna make it. 😂 My process is always from sketch to color, but some days, I want to add lines to my paintings. And your video was a perfect timing! Beautiful!
Thank you ❤I’m not great using clean line too, that’s why I keep my lines a bit quirky 😂 your art is amazing! I just subscribed to your channel. I love the way you are painting freely with colours and it just turns up to be such a colourful piece! I agree with you, it’s important to draw what you love.
@@thelexistudio Your videos are always inspiring to go pick the pen and draw. Sometimes I play yours as background playlists when I paint(It’s relaxing). Please keep making contents. And thanks so much for subscribing to my channel. It means a lot to me ❤
The brush stroke feels so raw in here; i really love to take inspiration from live viewing, perhaps outdoor. As an artist myself, storytelling indeed is a major thing in the conceptualisation of our creativity on canvas that utters the tale within. I don't know if you find time to read it, Keep making content. You are doing really great as a presenter or storyteller. If there is any way to connect through any medium, that would be really wonderful for me to have a conversation regarding the world of colours and stocks.
Hello, thanks for leaving me such a nice message! I totally agree with you, painting outdoor is a great way to get inspiration. It’s so easy to stuck at home and forget that there is a world outside the house. I will continue to share good content and improve on storytelling. I find painting and writing are the best mediums to express my thoughts. What kind of art you normally do?
Thank you for your kind words. :) I was being told that CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and key/black) works better for printing because it helps achieve a true color. It covers most lighter color ranges, compared to using RGB.
Hello everyone, I haven’t been able to record a voiceover video. Haven’t a little burnout and also devastated from the recent performance of the video. So I’m taking some time of to adjust my mindset and will come back when I’m ready to share something useful. This video is just a record of my digital process, if you are free, feel free to join me and draw with me (without my voice😂) ok BYE❤
@@thelexistudio that is amazing i had an alternative which worked fine unfortunately I bought a 1st gen apple pencil last month thinking that the issue is with the pen not my talent
@@joseriley9794 I’m using Stylus Pen, I bought them from Amazon. I tried a few gens, they work quite well. I think you have to pick one that’s compatible with your tablet/iPad you are using. Feel free to check out. I think it costs around £8+
Hi everyone, I'm sharing some methods I use to illustrate clouds. Hope this video helps. Thanks for those who have subscribed and supported my channel. If you have any topics you would like to watch, let me know in the comments. Hmm I'm thinking to share how I recently restructure my website, moving from Godaddy to Shopify, but not sure if this is something you guys would be interested.
I used to do paint by numbers as a child. My parents still have some of those paintings hanging in their kitchen. I'm thinking about trying it again because it looks like a good way to turn off my brain and relax, which is much needed sometimes
That's awesome. Such a great memory! This is the first time I tried paint by numbers. But I recall something called "sand art" while I was younger. I find "paint by numbers" can train my brain to be temporarily quiet. Let me know how it goes if you're trying one. 😊
Hi everyone, this my first time trying paint by numbers. Let me know if you have tried paint by numbers before and how did it go? ❤see you in the next video
Hi creative friends, I haven't posted new videos awhile. Hope today's practice is helpful. Just sharing the useful features in Procreate that could improve your illustration. Let me know how it goes
Hi creative souls! thanks for visiting my store and downloading the brushes. Some of you have left me reviews/comments. Thank you! If you have any suggestions, please let me know. 😊
You’re so creative and talented. It’s a pleasure to watch your videos, they are so calming and relaxing. Thank you for making the time to share your knowledge, wisdom, and talent with us.❤ I did want to ask, why don’t you just drag and drop the layers. Say, one has 7 layers in their drawing, as I just did. I do a Split View, create 7 tracks then start dragging one layer at a time to keep them in order. I’m asking because I’m not sure if what I’m doing is correct.
Hi thanks for your message. Glad that you find it useful😊 You can use “drag and drop” method as well. I tried “drag and drop” method myself and I personally find it a bit confusing when it comes to resizing each layer (maybe that’s because I’m still getting use with Procreate Dreams). So I find adding layer by layer is less confusing and I can resize each layer before importing the next layer. But this method takes longer time. If you’re already familiar with Dreams, “drag and drop” method is a slightly quicker way to import all the layers 😊
