Great video. I'm hoping to move to Sapulpa in late June if possible. I'll have to wait until my current home sells, but after it does, I'll be looking to try to buy a home there. I won't have a lot of money to work with, and with just a "good" credit score, I'm not looking to get anything fancy, as I won't be approved. Especially with just moving there. Do you ever have any homes for sale that is livable, but needs work? I enjoy construction work. I bought my current home from the owner as an "owner finance" almost 12 years ago. It needed a lot of work, which I did. I've become a plumber, electrician, and construction worker. So there really isn't much I don't know how to do. I'm single with no children, but I have two options: 1) Get a place of my own, which could be a 1 to 2 b/r, or 2) Go in with my brother, his wife and their son (27 yrs old), which would have to be at least a 3 b/r. Whatever place I get, if I can get one, will have to have a yard, preferably with an existing fence, and off street parking is a must. I've seen far too many videos of cars getting wrecked while parked in the street.

Hi Salvador! Thanks for commenting. So I'm am new this year myself so I have not gone through a whole year yet. My property only went live after July 4th. It has been fairly steady with only a drop off in bookings after Thanksgiving. Pretty normal it seems. I am looking at ways to increase bookings for this early spring.

I will be quite honest, the pricing of homes across OK are just insane. High crime, high heat, poor schools, and $175/foot prices. Its just a matter of months before the sellers figure out they were lied to about the value of their homes. Sorry but its still true
