This video demonstrates perfectly how effectively Samus can move around the screen. if you have the skills. The graphics and the atmosphere are also so incredible in this game. Every screen has its own unique details, and strikes a perfect balance so that it's never distracting.
You can... spark... diagonally downward into an upward-diagonal slope... Meaning the angle of attack is 90deg... Meaning if you were to start horizontally, you would then be able to run up a wall like it was nothing... THAT'S SOME BULLSH--**!
Morph Ball, Bomb and Spin Boost. It starts out by doing a Cross Bomb Skip, where you roll far enough into the tunnel to break two of the pitfall blocks, then you turn around and grab the ledge you came from, at that point you quickly jump and then use the Spin Boost to jump again. The timing is sligltly different than normal Cross Bomb Skips, because you want to enter Morph Ball while keeping the momentum going up into the slope. Also, at this point you lay a bomb. The entire affair is very challenging to pull off, but the idea is that you can climb up the tunnel using Bomb jumping. Most often it's going to necessary to bomb a couple of times, where it's useful to lay a bunch of bombs very quickly. It's also possible to do a very similar trick by starting out with Cross Bombs instead of Spin Boost, which is potentially easier, but at that point, you could also use a Cross Bomb Launch that can launch you all the way through the tunnel.
@@Tyranisaur Oh yeah? I'd love to talk to you about that. I've noticed some things... and I have questions about how it works. How to contribute, even.
i basicly never used speed booster unless i had to break the blocks and im sad that i dident because there is so much you can do with it that i missed out on
My mistake was that instead of going to get bombs after I got Morph Ball, I went on a world tour and found Power Bombs in a location where I need bombs to escape, and even then, I didn't go back to get bombs for a while. This was obviously a big routing mistake, but I'm not completely sure if I was punished more for this than from going to Elun.
You can do that skip with just melee counter, do a full jump into the wall, melee counter facing the wall immediately after wall jumping, do another short wall jump and then grab ledge
