German Air Force flight 9283 was an Airbus A400 Atlas that took off from Frankfurt, Germany and was bound for Vilnius, Lithuania. On takeoff, it was apparent that, due to a mistake in the checklist, the aircraft was too heavy, and after takeoff, stalled back into a runway, where it struck an Air Exel ATR 72, that was bound for Maastricht, the Netherlands. Aboard the ATR 72, all 30 occupants perished on impact. The Air Force plane eventually struck a hill, killing all 7 on board. I would name it the 2004 Frankfurt runway collision.
