Royal air maroc has very serious changes to adopt. I flew Royal business class , as well other world class airlines. One of the biggest obstacle is few flight attendants, (not all,but lot of them). Business class required training that match other class, as well required monitoring of the services in regular basic. That's why I really changes my mind about hiring foreign labors in the service , as they really in general provide better service. In my last flight cmn-jfk. I ask for services drinks twice in 8 hours flight,and the whole business class was almost empty, and the flight attendant feel like I am disturbing him... Average one request per 4 hours in empty flight. Other airlines comes to you asking you average one time per hour... In different flight, I flew same cities, but someone important was in the flight with us, at that time,, it feel we treated Royal treatment...and everyone was happy to provide you with service with smile...
i am from pakistan and have been to bangkok 11 times and i love it like any thing. i love the night life , food and the book shops very much and have stayed at this hotel many times and it really is heaven on earth!.
Just left there and that guy in the blue at the very beginning of your video is one of the suit guys now lol the staff there is extremely helpful and courteous.... would deff stay here again without question....
