Do you honestly think these sun times look right to you, the sun rising at 12 noon and staying up for 4 WHOLE HOURS !?! Noon is the time of day when the sun is at its HIGHEST point in the sky, thus dividing the AM from the PM. Something looks amiss here.

At precisely 1:19 the solar powered electric light shuts off for the upcoming sunrise. I'm surprised any lights like that are on at all. Seems bright enough.
I live here and this is not the celebration. The celebration is in the middle of downtown and it takes up about 4 or 5 street blocks it is the largest "party" in fairbanks every year
