Admito que este no es el mejor monólogo, pero ya les gustaría a muchos humoristas acercarse al nivel de Pedro, esto es una masteclass para muchos... que muchos hacen reir poniéndose en ridículo. Pedro Reyes era un artista con todas las letras.
@moparmal what about a 1970 phase 3 Baldwin motion 454 chevelle. They were guaranteed to run 10s on the 1/4 mile. And they were streetable. Not disagreeing with you cause I like all old muscle, hemi and Chevy they were all badass cars.
@camirocz - Cos it really burns Rat fans like you who can't handle the truth - 1964-1971 - Mopar DOMINATED Super stock, Pro Stock and NASCAR - all with that Hemi that you reckon falls apart. YOU DUMBASS!! LOL!!
@camirocz - And your still comparing your "plastic fantastic" to 40 year old cars to prove some stupid comment you made about Hemis falling apart. You should stand in front of a mirror- you could keep yourself entertained for years! When you get with the program and start talking 454s vs Hemis, come back and see us - if we're all not dead from old age by then............
@Moparmal Unlike you i am living in the present and hemi or 454 my ls7 427 will kill them both!So save your money and get a real car with a real engine.
@camirocz - So that would mean you never had an argument to say the 454 was betetr than the Hemi.... Thank you for proving you deserve seat 1A on the Stupidity Bus.
@camirocz - Yeah sure...complete domination of Nascar and NHRA for 8 years between 64 and 72 doesn't justify "legend" status....and Cheb was where when all this was happening?
@Moparmal Man you must have shares in mopar or something.Nothing else can explain the narrow mindness .You are living in the past and its really sad ,those old motors and the cars they powered were a lot of hype .Ask Jay Leno he se got an old hemi challenger and says his 6.1 is faster and feels a lot better ,And i can tell you that a a srt 8 challenger with the 6.1 hemi is nothing super fast. Then ask him about his z06 and zr1 vettes and watch the smile on his face.
@camirocz - Yeah no worries...modern cars are better than old ones - now put your pacifier back in and get back to the REAL argument, did Cheb ever run a 454 in a faster production car than a Hemi SS Hurst Dart? I'll answer for you - NO................Geez those Hemi's musta broke all the time ...wonder how Petty won so many championships in the 60s? Like I say...you're as dumb as a box of hammers.
@camirocz - You are the MORON that dragged your C06 into the debate - and even then you want to run Turbos to prove which engine was better? You're an ass clown. Like I say, go get a Yenko Nova time "from the day"..and the Hemi legend still rules.
@camirocz - You have the brain HP of a mouse! You don't get it do you? I have been reeferring to the Hurst race cars all along - It was YOU who dragged up your "plastic Porsche" as some sort of piss funny comparison with a full blown 1968 Hemi race car. I have only ever been comparing the 60's Hemi race cars against the FEEBLE Chev competiton of the day. Thats fine ..you keep ranting about your C06 and ragging on a legend - It's flattering and amusing at the same time!!
@camirocz - Wrong!! Hurst Darts and Barracudas WERE a production car - ordered from the factory dealers and assembled by George HURST. If you tube wasn't so lame I'd have posted 50 links by now proving you to be the IDIOT I now know you are. They weren't even "swiss cheesed" - that was a Poncho trick - the Mopars ran aluminum, fiberglass and perspex as weight savers. Everything else was just stripped out - the HEMI did the rest.
@Moparmal So genius which hemi ran 10.8 all stock fromk the factory?maybe you are referring to the superstock dart with swiss cheese frame? Not a production car for your information and if thats the case then the zl1 corvette with the shifter locked in drive also had a reported time of 10.8 at some early press release. Both those times are bullshit!!!!!!!Those sixties and seventies cars never went under 13 secs all stock.
@Moparmal wanna try your hurst dart against a twin turbo z06 that runs 8s?Since you are talking stupid comparing race car toa bone stock car then why not?Secondly an ls6 1970 chevelle though heavier in weight could easily hang with a hemi cuda and beat a gtx or road runner of the same weight .As for 440 six packs people use to remove the six packs to put a single 4barrel couls its the only way it would run properly. You are arguing with the wrong guy: i been there.
@Moparmal Plastic crap eh?Dont you wish you could afford one to begin with .then you can dream of sitting in one given it will stretch anything you are a fan of by half the quarter mile ,then outbrake, outhandle, and have a top speed over 50 miles an hour more than your favorite 1960s cars did...lol you are really sad get out of the sixties you moron.NEWER IS BETTER DO YOU GET IT?
@camirocz - Lijke i say, why would you compare a fullweight 1968 car to your modern fuel injected plastic crap? The discussion was 454 turds vs the rest - short attention span?
@camirocz - If you really want to know the truth - the 440 was a better street engine than the Hemi because most guys couldn't keep a Hemi tuned right. Get on the track - and I'll let Petty, Landy and Sox and their Hemis do the talking.
@camirocz - Why would you compare 1968-70 full weight street Hemi times to a modern fuel injected car? To make yourself feel good I'm thinking ...............Certainly doesn't have anything to do with crud 454s anyhow. Go race a Hurst Dart in race trim which are now running 9 second qtrs!! Thats right...9s with a carb!! I know who'll have the sore ass...you won't sit down for week.
@camirocz - All you know is you're not rreal bright - you're all over the place comparing Z06s to 1968 factory stock Hemi passenger cars. Show me a 454 (or any Cheb for that matter) in 1968 that ran 10.8s out of the factory . You can't..because THAT is why the Hemi is a legend..it was configured engine for drag racing then............and it still is.
ALL these people caught up in a time zone still living in the 70s.Wether it was a hemi or 440 six pack or ls6 or cobra jet they all ran similar times. No one dominated the other as badly as some people pretend.A ford 427 side oiler in an ac cobra was preetty fast but remember the car weighed 2600 pounds. The gtr,z06,zr1 or pdk porsche 911 turbo are far more impressive than their predecessors .
@camirocz - Chev stuff needs to be cheap and "reeadily available" - - you have to tip them out over a trash bin and start again. The # of cheb motors I see at the strip - all fully rebuilt using aftermarket parts - out there competing with Mopars and Ponchos running factory heads and cranks. History proves it - after the 409 Chev had nuttin...until the L88 and even that struggled against a well prepped Hemi.
@CamaroMaster38 - You reallly are a tool - if Hemis were so bad, you better let Sox and Martin know.....and Bill France who limited them because Chbby didn't want to play. You are a moron.
@CamaroMaster38 - I know the best they got for a CIOPO Yenko car was mid 11s - meanwhile on the other side of town, HURST Hemi Darts were running 10.8s with nothing more than dropping the pipes and some race tyres attached. I'll take it easy on you - like it or not, the COPO cars were built for the street first, the track second. The Hurst Hemis were factory prepped race cars, pure and simple.
@CamaroMaster38 - So they finally got the 454 to hold together because they were able to run all aftermarket alloy chit. Meanwhile back in Nascar and Super Stock - the factory mandates saw the hemi dominate both comps for almost 10 years....yep, those ole 454s sure have heritage..........Bwahahahahaha!!
