I appreciate you bringing that to my attention, and just ordered them a new one. We literally just got them & the owner suggested it. We are learning as much as we can, they have a huge cage to enjoy. I don’t appreciate your delivery and assumptions though... that little to no effort was put in their cage. We lack that one bit of information, but love all our animals.
Hi, I have watched 70+ of your videos. You make so many beautiful and informative video content about personal DIY experience. All your video quality is good. But I noticed, the video views of other channels of the same keyword are very high compared to your video's views are very low. And I analyzed the reason. They have implemented SEO in their content which you haven't. And therefore your targeted visitors are not finding your content. Do you want to stay ahead of your competitors?

If you can’t screw into the fence somehow, try vinyl fence hooks. And hang it on that and then zip tie it to the hook. You may have to use some extra 🍃 leaves to hide the hooks or spraypaint them if they show too much.
They’re still going strong! I really think the exterior paint made a difference.. there’s one small chip, but I think it happened when we were moving stuff around.
Yuk. They look like plastic. Grow some vines. It's not hard, it's way more beautiful, cleans the air, don't have to store it and so much better for the environment.
I still love them. I recycle & upcycle enough for the “better for the environment clause” 😆 Maybe one day when I have more time I’ll grow some that can withstand the crazy heat back here. I have about 50 plants inside so real 🪴lover here
I love to use spray paint to bring color to terracotta pots - because I can blend colors and layers, depending upon how close I am to the pot during painting. Or, I may use a white foundation, followed by a deeper color - again, at a distance, I can create a layered, marbleized look. And multiple colors for a more complex depth. I used the Rustoleum 2x paints with primer built in. I follow with the 2x clear. But sometimes, I get peeling and cracking - which seems to be an adherence issue, as the paint likely isn't grabbing to pot like it should. I clean sand the peeling portions, clean well. But I've only been using a 180 grit sandpaper - I'm wondering if your 120-grit might help. Any thoughts? Thanks so much!
Those sound pretty, I’d love to see them. What’s the weather/environment like? Yes, maybe try the different grit. I use spraypaint quite a bit too, but haven’t really had the cracking though. Does it only crack when you use the white foundation? And what is the white foundation just the white paint or is it a primer? I do let my paint dry at least a day in between layers. I would just experiment around, starting with a grit, and if they’re cracking with their outside, make sure the sealant you’re using is for outdoors/UV protection in case it has anything to do with that. @@designsbydiy, all paints I use are either primer or have it built in. And thinking more about this, I don't think the cracking and peeling is an adherence issue - as my pots on my covered porch don't have the problem - likely, because they don't stay wet in days of rain. I think it might be solved with just a weather resistant glaze sealant being applied to the outside of the pots. Apparently, the 2x spray clearcoats aren't robust enough for weather, although they are fine on metal or plastics. I don't want to empty the pots and reseal the inside as well (TON of work!). But I have perfected a technique of painting pots while plants of small conifers or flowers are still in them. I surround the plants with index cards tucked into the soil between the post rim and the plants, and when spraypainting, I also have a piece of cardboard that protects the plants while painting. Anyway, I think I'll repaint a few, re-sand with 120-grit, but this time topcoat them with Rustoleum glaze sealant. I also like spraypainting as it dries hard and fast, and multiple coats can be done within an hours time. Thanks much for responding!

I'm looking for an idea like this to extend the privacy to the top of my fence. I was wondering will it tilt over with the wind? How sturdy at the top is it so it doesn't flap around at the top? Does anyone else have any ideas on how to extend privacy up on an already exsisting wooden fence? Thanks.
I have a longform video w/ instructions.. but It does NOT move. And I will tell you our backyard is like a wind tunnel because we’re in the hill country. We have to remove our umbrellas several times a month from the pool because it’s so windy. Use screws and zip ties like I did, make sure the screws are halfway to 3/4 of the way into the wood and they will be fine. There’s a lot of holes in the lattice it goes right through. The other option we were going to do was put a fence topper, either at lattice, or the same type of wood and make it taller. Much more expensive.
I looked this up last week and t just realized I didn’t reply… yes this is a stone color. I didn’t see a white in this specific brand. Look for extra textured, or you could spray the texture let dry and then spray paint white.. extra step but I’ve done that before
Yesss! This would definitely be great for that. I have a full length tutorial on it as well. But it provides nice coverage for me to test the height you want.
I know exactly what you’re talking about… I don’t feel like they have… but I kind of want to compare what they look like now versus when I first bought them. I’m going to go take some pictures today, I’ll let you know.
