Not sure if you are pregnant but your lower back has a big indentation, it looks like you might need to push your belly in for a straighter spine. Could be flared ribs as well

No, not at all. We all have muscles underneath :). If you practice this 3 times a week for 1 month you will start to strengthen your muscles and see the movement . Keep going - don’t give up.
