being "laced" has nothing to do with whether you were given the drug or not. being "laced" means you took a drug (or drugs) that you thought was just purely that drug, but wasn't. for example, let's say you bought some weed from your friend, but the weed also had fentanyl in it. that's what laced means. some people need to be educated.
