Ammonia is probably the way of the future. But, hydrogen is way better than electric, right now! The average EV uses 120-280 kilowatts of electricity to fast charge. The average home uses 1.2 kilowatts per day. The grid will never be able to handle many charging stations. It would take trillions and trillions of dollars to upgrade the power grid to handle EV’s. Not to mention the horrendous mining practices for cobalt and lithium, which destroys ecosystems. EV’s ARE A GOOD IDEA IN THEORY AND A HORRIBLE IDEA IN PRACTICE!

The disturbing thing in 2024 with builders are the lack of improvement in secondary bathrooms. They are way too small and tight. The closet space is insulting at this point. Builders need to do better or left to suffer the consequences of unsellable standing inventory.

Pretty cool, but design wise the realism makes it look a completely different series. There is no creativity of the fantasy of another whimsical world or universe; however, if that was the intention that’s definitely a great job.
