Greetings! I am Gaius the Spartan, from the land of Clask here to grow my land once again! To put it in laymen’s terms, I’m a jack of all trades but a master of none with my collection
Sorry I won’t since I sold it and no. The shoulders with the rubber can kinda go in all directions, but the armor will pop off and the rubber will threaten to break unfortunately
@@Shinnasuka73 definitely small jewelry tools or small tools in general and stronger glue than I have there that won’t melt the rubber and have a kinda slow cure time so you can angle the armor correctly
@@GaiusL thx, also i noticed that the rubber is literally a massive step up from the PG eva since you put the torso rubber on like a pair of pants instead of shoving the torso into the rubber suit from the back
A worthy hit to the wallet I already have 2 MG Jegans, I might add another or got for a Stark Jegan, or Nu Gundam. Can’t wait for a mg Delta Gundam Kai
This isn’t my first time building this kit, but I have to say it’s a little complicated. Not something as complicated as a Ver. ka, but there are small parts that require more attention than usual. Or inner frame parts that don’t seem to look like they do what they’re supposed to do but do. It’s easy for me at This point, but I’d still say it’s worth the build
Quite divided between the two and their upgraded versions. But I prefer Jesta over Jegan and Stark Jegan over Jesta Cannon. Shezarr versions are very cool as well.
@@GaiusL My opinion is based more on looks than on kit mechanics tbh! XD But yes, I built a Jesta like 10 years ago and it still sturdy (most because I don't pose my kits that much), but I'm building a Jegan right now and I feel it more "rock solid" in comparison.
@@gm2998Oo ok! Well I’m happy you enjoy the build and if you ever wanna get some more, check out Buyee. The price depends on seller to seller, but I don’t regret spending a few hours every month seeing what’s new in store
He’s not really a coward. A wise and True Warrior knows when to retreat to fight another day. Also the legends version of him wasn’t as OP as people think he was. As for the figure it’s an absolutely gorgeous sculpt and looks great on the shelf (when it can actually stand that is) and it has a great range of articulation. Xx
@@GaiusL well theres an actual reason he hides behind his Guard Droids. He uses the Magna Guards to fight a Jedi and assess their fighting capabilities before he steps in. Or fights the Jedi on his own and has them step in when he is being overpowered and pushed back by the opponent. I appreciate his more slimy side to his character as it makes him a more ruthless warrior. Also because Dooku Trained Grievous to use offensive attacks and unorthodox tactics to throw off the Jedi’s focus in combat. But I understand how you can. Of like it as much. To each their own at the end of the day. May the force be with you…Always. Xx
I feel I over paid for the one with the double sided electro staff and this one but $115 bucks for two 6” figures is off the wall but I like the figures just wish that they would have used the new legs and arms from the newer line of black series 😮 the kama being cloth is great and the new helmet looks great
Dude yes! I’m sorry you also had to suffer with these guys, but hopefully, if the helmets are swappable and I can make a cloth skirt, I’ll show you how to use those heads so your money can hopefully go to use
@@GaiusL 3D printing the new helmets are honestly a fun way to customize figures, they have them on Etsy for the airborne and purge trooper for the new figures
I am in no way a person who paints their own gunpla, but I believe the scratches are for paint/weathering, and in this video he is just seeing how the base gundam looks (if you are seeing this and I'm wrong please inform me.)
Haha you got it! Thank you for explaining what I’m doing. I’m part of the community that doesn’t like to explain to people who have comments like the others
On the Team B/C, you can pose the Jesta as they do on the cover of the box (taking a knee) as the hips have a circular rotation for the joint and the calves can extend/free up the knees to allow this. They show how to do it right before the tripod section in the manual, though ya' have to be mindful of the direction of facing of the hips (the circular rotation only goes in one direction)... and honestly it ain't ideal but it's somethin'!
Want to get a master grade or perfect grade. How durable are they, I really don't want a floppy pos after a while. I prefer fully articulated hands but from what I understand it's only on perfect grade? Even the rx perfect didn't have it.
So here’s the thing, the Pgs are great but not all have poseable fingers. The MGs are great, but don’t have the best features at times. The newer, the better with most kits. What I’d recommend is honestly the old PGs of Gundam Mk II or the RX-78 for the beginning. For MGs, I’d recommend to look into some of the wing/seed kits. Those are the easiest and most durable to get. Unicorn fall apart, but are great eye candy. You can also always buy poseable hands. You don’t have to stick with what Bandai gives you
@@GaiusL Thanks. I do prefer the prettier looking gundams like newer rx, wing gundams, etc. Was thinking maybe getting that red one pg with the sword. Think it also has a ver ka version? I've been looking into these, but haven't dipped my toes in yet. Not looking for a collections either, just 1 at most 2 to look cool somewhere. Changing up poses from time to time.
@@makavelimusolini1036 oh the PG astray?! I have that guy in my backlog! Just know the PGs take me a week to build and I work on those guys day and night. Do stick to your preferences though and do go to a hobby store or look online for them as well. P-Bandai has some that you’d never expect. If you want to look for those, go to Buyee. Best place for even the basic Gunpla
@@makavelimusolini1036so here’s the thing with bigger models and the Astray, if you don’t move em, they’ll be fine. But the problem with the astrays are the interlocking joints. It’s plastic on plastic so if you play with them it’ll degrade. If you pose it and leave it, the poly caps will wear out. If you leave him standing, the joints will wear out. There’s almost no saving these guys for the long run but yes the PGs are Farr more secure of an investment
yeah I understand that, though it does kinda depend on the enviornment. Like mobile suit combat in space is fast paced and takes place over large areas quite quikly. You don't want your ally accidently shooting you because they can't see you/mistake you for another suit. Plus you want it easier to be spotted when you need to be rescued or picked up post battle (run out of fuel/damaged) since long range comunication is shot in UC. Though perhaps in universe the minty green is too look like stars from a distance? Probably not
