GU's board mechanics have some niche mechanics. I love when I come across an opponent who doesn't understand them; especially as deception. Count their hand, creatures on the board and if there's something I don't like; I'm removing it from the game. :)
I mean these 3 games u had the mayday in mulligan. Meanwhile when i go play mayday, both mayday and trial begins are at the bottom 10 cards of the deck. Imagine this algo for 12 games out of 18.

He had 13 health 5 minions summoned and he went to 18 so last Vespid effect should proc and because the board is full the minion gets destroyed Which is what happens with necroscepter. The zombie dies and you still lose favore, but here the effect is paused untill there is room on the board again. If you don't want to call it a big then inconsistent rules which is a theme in GU as well.
I like to play GU and Splinterlands although I'm not all that good. Hey If you're interested, I'm building a community of gamers. I stumbled on this project that has its own complete WORKING ecosystem with a working CRYPTO CARD that leverages the community. May be worth checking out.
