❤ Thank you for this sermon, I am having a very difficult time, I am old, alone and am becoming increasingly dependent on people in my family who prefer to do nothing, or do it reluctantly, so that I feel guilty, my body is full of osteoarthritis and therefore always in pain and Due to lack of exercise, the pain has made me much too heavy, while I often look for comfort in food and no longer have any discipline, deeply discouraged about my family who promise a lot, but actually don't want to do anything.
