Hello! Thank you for your question. Both, Anulom Vilom and Nadi Shodhana have retentions. We can practice Anulom Vilom without the internal retention if needed, for example: in case of anxiety or pregnancy, and only breathe in and out alternating sides.
Yes, dialysis patients can generally practice mudras, as these hand gestures are gentle and non-invasive. In fact, mudras, along with pranayama and meditation, can be beneficial as long as patients are mindful of their energy levels and avoid any strain. There are also some books that recommend specific mudras to help with kidney disorders.
Hello! The duration will depend on your needs and available time. If you want to do these practices in the morning or at night, around 5 minutes each, based on your comfort level. On busy days, you can choose one practice, like slow exhalations, and do it for 3-5 minutes during a break.
I have been studying Yog and Ayurved through books and podcasts but never came across someone explaining in such a simplistic way. I really admire the way you teach and the depth of knowledge you possess. I want to get a guidance on many things (not just Ayurveda), will be writing you an email soon 😇❤️ Thank you, Dnyandeep
Sir as a student how many minutes we chant and meditate on daily basis in a busy schedule , so that we dont lose our health too, because due excessive chanting and meditation i lost my health in recent days, can you please exactly guide me on the duration of meditation and chanting which can maintain good health as well as emotional balance.😢
Hello, it really depends on the person and on the schedule. You can meditate 30 min per day. It's important that you also consult a health professional if needed.
Slightly bending the knees makes it easier to position the pelvis correctly and sit on the sitting bones. This allows us to bend forward from the hip joints while keeping the spine elongated and safe. (Some people can do it with straight knees, but for many others, bending the knees is safer.)
Bhai ji, thank you. Excellent explanation, I look forward to other videos from you. May God bless you and your family. Best regards from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Great! I felt so much calm after the meditation. Also, my throat start to ick, I definitely needed this. A vident told me this chakra is extremely tied, so this video helped and will help me very much. Thank you.
The seed mantra of Muladhara is Langm (लं) When you chant it image that the sound, the vibration, goes down towards your Root Chakra. www.arhantayoga.org/blog/all-you-need-to-know-about-muladhara-chakra-root-chakra/

Om Shri Gayatri Devyai Namaha Dhyana shloka of Maa Gayatri can be chanted thrice before starting the Gayatri chanting Mukta-vidruma - hema-nila-dhavala-chayair mukhair-tryakshnaih, Yuktam indu-nibadha-ratna-makutam tatvarthavarnatmikam Gayatrim varadabhayankusa-kasam subhram-kapalam gadam Sankham chakram atha aravindayugalam hastair vahantim bhaje I pray to the three-eyed Gayatri, her five faces tinged with shades of pearl, coral, gold, sapphire, and white, whose crown studded with precious stones is topped by the moon, the embodiment of utterances signifying the Supreme Truth, who wields the goad, the whip, the white skull, the mace, the conch and the discus (in six of her hands), and holding a pair of lotuses in each hand, displays with the other two the mudras conferring boons and fearlessness. Thanks

Sir....This was a beautiful meditation. The visualization part was quite difficult for me...but the focusing on the Soham mantra from the Throat to the Naval region was still fine. Hope I will be able to improve on this with time...❤
It depends on the practice you are doing. You can do these mudras during your entire meditation session (30 minutes or more) or during a pranayama practice (a few minutes). If you do mudras, for instance, for chakra balance or to gain the benefits of the mudra, normally 10-20 minutes per day is enough.
We apply Bandha when holding the breath during the practice of Pranayama. Uddiyana Bandha is possible to hold only during external retention (after breathing out). If you can do external retentions comfortably you can try the following preparatory pranayama practice: • Breathe in ( 4 counts) • Breathe out (8 counts) • Apply the abdominal lock and hold (16 counts) • Release the lock and slowly, with control. And repeat.

Hi Sir, After doing mantra meditation I have lost my motivation and desires for accomplishing things. I just do things that are assigned to me but not having motivation for any other goal like being an entrepreneur or working for top reputed firm. What should I do?
Thank you for sharing your experience. If you feel that your meditation practice is contributing to a lack of motivation, consider adjusting it or incorporating different techniques that better align with your current needs. You can also balance your meditation practice with activities that inspire and energize you, such as physical exercise, creative hobbies, or socializing. It's essential to reflect on your goals and the life that you really want. Take some time to consider what truly matters to you. Set small, achievable goals to rebuild your motivation. Talk to someone who can guide you, like a mentor or coach, about your feelings and goals. You can watch the following class on how to create a vision for your life and work towards a fulfilling future. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fv8PN4rGg_k.html We wish you the best in your process.
It sounds like you are in the middle of a deep transformation. After meditation, it’s common to feel a temporary dip in motivation, but this can actually be part of the natural process of cleansing and resetting your consciousness. When your mind and subconscious are in a state of relaxation, they are gathering strength and preparing for the next step. This “quiet period” is your time to recharge. Continue your regular meditation practice, and try incorporating chakra-balancing exercises to help stabilize your energy. Working with each chakra can enhance your inner flow and bring back motivation when your body and spirit are ready for it. Trust the process - transformation takes time and patience. The key is to keep up with your practices and observe your inner state without putting pressure on yourself. You’re on the right path!
@@Ami.Crafts As I used to meditate it always senses on third eye chakra but not on other chakra. So, Is it wrong or correct for always having meditate over one chakra only?
@@dushyantsinghkhichi5895 It’s great that you’re focusing on specific chakras in your practice, but it’s also essential to recognize the importance of working with all the chakras for overall balance. Each chakra plays a crucial role in our well-being, and neglecting any of them can lead to imbalances in your energy. For instance, while focusing on the Manipura chakra for manifesting desires is beneficial, if the Heart chakra isn’t nurtured, it may lead to selfish tendencies. Starting from the root chakra and moving upwards ensures that the foundational energies are stable, supporting your growth in all areas. Integrating practices for each chakra will not only enhance your inner flow but also contribute to a more holistic transformation. Trust the journey, and remember that it’s a gradual process.
@@dushyantsinghkhichi5895 In addition to meditation, physical activity or yoga exercises are also very important for maintaining balance. If you find physical exercise challenging or if time is limited, I recommend trying Kundalini Yoga. It includes practices that focus on breathing and the third eye, providing you with the tools you need without requiring excessive physical strength. Kundalini Yoga can effectively harmonize your body and soul while fitting into a busy schedule.
