noun - (Psychoanalysis) (in Tekken theory) the complex of emotions aroused in a Tekken player, typically a Mishima player, by an unconscious desire to only play high execution characters and to exclude low execution characters.
ORIGIN ------------ (Japanese) (Latin) (Latin) Mishima Family --- Mishima Complex --- Complexus --- Complectere 794AD - 1185AD Mid 17th century
Off topic but this is the exact voice that Jimmys.progress (fitness channel) uses and I thought it was his actual voice the whole time. Only now did I realize it’s AI
Its so weird how difused the iconic mishima style of gameplay has become in T8. Kaz and Hei were the iconic mishima characters, Kazuya defensive and oki orientated, and Heihachi aggresive and pressure focused. DvJ was like the aggressive more-Mishima Jin and Jin was the Swiss-army-knife pseudo-mishima toolbox. Now Jin is barely pseudo-mishima outside of his electric as he needs (comparatively) less of a fundamentals focus woth amazing tools. DvJ is all over the place. Kaz has tracking mid engagers and now Heihachi of all people is a stance character. Slightly less excited to get to play him after feeling like I missed my opportunity in T7 (didn't want to learn a dead character) since he's so different, but fingers crossed that's just my allergy to change abd he's fun ahaha.
He already had stances before and I’m not sure you’re aware but even crouch dashing is a type of stance. I’m sure you have the option to not use the stance transition
@@blueeyeswhitekarin3267 Bruh you are insane if you think Raijin stance was pushed anywhere near as much as the stance and install are being pushed now. Not to mention they changed some of his key moves to go into stance, which obviously means they want it to be a big part of his gameplay... Calling wavedashing a stance is so overly pedantic. We both know that is not what people mean when they are referring to stances in this context Sure, I have the option to not use the stance transition. Just like I have the option to play Tekken with one hand. Now is that a good idea? Especially, with what I said about them changing key moves for his stances
@@Invictus_Mithra How many characters have crouch dashes or forward sways? How many characters have multiple full crouch moves. HOW MSNY CHARACTERS HAVE A STANCE IN GENERAL? Stances are simply a character tool just like everything else I mentioned. Simple having one or more doesn’t mean the character’s game revolves around it or maybe they do want that for heihachi. New game new heihachi if he was exactly the same people would complain anyway. Crouch dashing regardless of what people refer to it as is indeed a stand be you gain access to moves through it that are otherwise locked away
The stomp after Tailspin looks like D3.2, possibly frame perfect just like reina's D4,1 stomp The UF4,1 looks like a heat only move The Demon Breath into FF2 could be some kind of Stock just like Snake Eyes, used for certain moves He seems really strong, i'm excited
i am so sorry that none helpful lee player was in your chat holly shit ... this could be so much easier. U had to figure out pretty much everything by yourself as not lee player.
Oh boy, the rabbit hole that lee's slide combos gives you is amazing haha As someone pointed out already, BB4 HMS gives you enough space for a tip range slide. It is actually not that tight in frames, you can do the non-frame perfect slide and it still connects. I think the issue with lee combos is that he has weird timings and moves that a lot of other characters don't usually use. Once you start getting familiar with it it gets easier Nice challenge! If you ever want a new one... d,db+4 - bb4 - bb4,3 - slide - ws2,3 - ws1,2 - b2f - heat - b2f - ff3f - head dash - d,db+4. I have a video showing it
the trick for WS24 to connect after slide is slide needs to be landed at tip range, which is where BB4 HMS stance comes in, creates more distance for slide to connect
