In this channel, I want to start a simulator from now on, centering on the three major gods who love cars, "actual car", "simulator", and "RC drift"! I want to start RC drift! I hope I have provided some useful information for beginners.
Beginners often don't know right or left, but when asking questions on SNS, there is a tendency to "do your own research". Feel free to comment, ask questions, or give advice! Let's enjoy a car-loving life together!
Thank you for your coment! The radio's EPA is turned on. The maximum angle is determined by the gyro limit, and the radio's EPA is used to adjust the maximum angle when the steering wheel is turned all the way.
Is not supposed to set EPA or DR with the GYD550...Those must be left at 100 ..you only have to do the endpoints on the GYD550 and that's it...If you set the EPA or DR on your radio, the servo will work so much slower...I just tried this on my both cars with CT500 and CT700 plus GYD550 and the steering turns very very slow...I see in the video yours is slowed down too but mine are even slower..
Thank you for your comment! I believe that the servo damper value, gyro damper value, and damper point value have a large effect on steering speed, and I believe that the effects of D/R and EPA are smaller than these. If your steering speed is slower than you expected, please review these values. In the worst case, the server may be corrupted. . . When it comes to steering speed, if it's too fast, the car will move too sensitively or you won't be able to get the angle on the approach. So my steering speed is not set to the fastest setting.
@@norisukeautoworks Thank you very much for your answer..I have factory reseted my two futaba servos and also my two GYD550 gyros and let the low damper factory settings on servos and gyros but they are moving exactly the same, very slow...if I put the gyro gain at 0,the problem dissapears and the servos are moving at normal speed....when I put the gyro gain at more than 40 the servo is slowing down again..the servo speed is not affected when the steering is moved by the gyro itself, only when I move the steering from the wheel on the transmitter...If i put back the D/R to 100 the problem dissapear and everything goes back to normal...EPA does exactly the same issue...
What transmitter are you using? The problem with slow steering speed may be the gyro mode. Is the color of the GYD550 lamp green? If it is red, the gain mode may be AVCS and the steering speed may be slow.
@@norisukeautoworks I'm using Futaba 7PXR and the gyro on AVCS mode.....AVCS mode is supposed to slow return the steering to center...the problem I described is that the servo is slowed down on turn if I set endpoints on CH2 or D/R..
@norisukeautoworks Im facing the same issue tht the steering is slowing a lil bit by setting the EPA right after the gyro limit. is this normal? my Gyro is on normal mode (green light) but it's doing smth like AVCS mode but i would say it is faster comparing to AVCS mode for the turning and returning part.
Thank you for your comment! There aren't many videos with detailed settings. Are there many people using RPX2 in your country who are confused about the settings? We will also be planning an ESC setting video, so please continue to support us!
Thank you for your comments and video requests! OK, I would like to make a video showing a more detailed ESC setup method. I look forward to working with you.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO! I have been RC drifting for 2 years now, and this is the first explanation video that has ever made sense about these futaba gyros and servos. Here in America, we basically play with the numbers until something works. No one has a clue over here on how to adjust these things properly. Once again, thank you for the information!
Thanks for your comment! I'm glad that the servo settings were helpful to you. I also own an RDX, but it has different settings than the GRK. So please refer to my video and try to set it to your liking. I wish you a happy radio control life. I look forward to working with you.
