You are using the non-oscillating tool. The edges look pretty good. What knife # are you using and what OFFSET are you using? My edges don't look as good as that.
Thank you for your comment! We're actually using a Drag Knife for our cuts. The knife number and offset we use can vary depending on the specific project and material thickness. However, we generally aim for a slight negative offset to achieve clean and precise edges. It's also worth noting that blade sharpness and material tension can affect edge quality, so those factors should be considered as well. Hope this helps!
Thx for the videos! We have new CB03II machine recently installed. Using JWCS software. How do we get any kind of cutting time? We need it so we can plan. Currently we don't know how long will it take to cut, same if we optimize some parameters.
