Looks fun! I'm out for another 2 weeks. I've not been on the bike since mid june. Will likely just swing ride or two at twin hills in August hopefully. I finally got my bike hauler sorted out and now I just have a few small items to do the bike before I can get out again. Just been a bit of a rough summer so far. I looks like we had to very workable bike weekends I missed for mid summer.
Love both of those modifications on my bike. Lance and his wife Lisa are some of the finest folks I ever dealt with. Never met them personally but one day soon I sure hope too. Rekluse I bought from RMATV so I have not had any dealings with the Rekluse people
Nice.... was out there yesterday. Did you guys go on Sat? What a beautiful day it was! Rode until almost 2 and it was still nice. Got some miles in with some new folks. We came across a few folks on big ADV bikes with them as a fella on a XR250 that mentioned discussing buying a 04 200 from you. I told him to and not look back. Those bikes are great! What is that bike your on now? A E=start 200?
Yes Saturday and I'm on a 13 200xcw setup for me so it's better than great 👍 🤣 not going to be able to ride Barnwell again until April 26th and 27th camping at DFW campground come join would be great to see you my friend
good for you. i've been doing enduros since 76 and laying trail same year. my trail mentor was still laying out trail in his late 80's (died in early 90's) and some of the young ones gave up going through virgin woods following him (richloam fl) i continue it both of us like it real tight
This video really got me missing my very old riding buddies. Hope the Mako 360 is living up to the hype I give it. Mako and Rekluse is a luxury that I hope I never have to be without.
I love my mako360. I opt' d for a undermount Scotts damper. Great set up. I don't have the rekluse though. Not sure I see spending the money on it. I do wan the little do-dad spring setup that makes the clutch pull a bit lighter though. Rnduro I think it's called. Pretty spendy though.
@@Tankerman Yep, A have a few buddies that like theirs. I can go either way, but like my clutch. This one was the old Z-start pro one that the clutch was "usable", but felt funky. She had a hard time pretending the clutch was not there. I asked that she give it a shot for 3 rides. After we were done she handed me the bike to load and said "take it out". I ended up getting used 99 parts for the clutch and ended up selling it on FB I think.
Comments turned off on James video so I will leave it here. It was a pleasure to meet and ride with James. As fast as James is picking up on trail riding it wont be long he will be leaving us all eating his dust. Unfortunately I couldnt make the trip with Ryan but I am looking forward to riding with him soon. Rex youre great grandpa and friend. Stay safe
