Does anyone know what the style of training Curson is describing is called, where he says they work on training the nervous system? It seems similar to the plyometric ideas of Marv Marinovich/Sports Science Lab/Yuri Verkoshansky. But I'd love to actually get a name to research it more. Thanks!
He needs double stamina, double punching output second half, more footwork activity and not to get hit by the automatic and constant right straight of Inoue. He needs to do that to win or else 100% he'll get ko'd this time! He knows what Inoue would bring the second time...

I actually don't recommend neck bridges at all. Too much shearing force on disc's, take it from a knucklehead like me who was doing them with 2x45lb plates on my chest 15 years ago, they aren't worth it
If he fights Eddie Alvarez there's an easy way to beat him. You just have to becareful with Alvarez's KO power. (52% of his wins were finishes.) I believe he likes to use his power shots at the last minute of the first round. (From his record it seems he does that.) He also is an extremely dangerous guy because he recovers quick. In a single fight he's almost been KO'd 4 times. Alvarez isn't good at taking ground and pound, and he drips his head at random times. He also doesn't take body shots well. If I were to able to talk to RDA I'd tell him to stick him on the floor and do as much damage as possible. Stress Alvarez's right hand by trying to a kimura. I believe his KO power/timing comes from the right hand. It sounds easy on paper, but I know it wont be that simple. Sincerely a RDA fan. Thank you for making RDA the best he could be. I wanted to send this to RDA via message, but I don't know if he'll ignore it.
I've done it, took a few years. Basically jump rope barefoot did it for me, worked myself to 100 consecutive doubleunders barefoot. Went from absolutely no arch to a significant arch on my left, and slight arch on my right foot.
everybody wants to be the champion but nobody wants to put in the work like RDA... his work ethic is to be admired... Fighting the best in all styles... hasnt had his opponents hand picked like a few of the stars... Congrats on helping RDA evolve
From what i can tell its mostly just doing a certain exercise until the speed of the rep decreases whether its after 5, 8, 10 reps...the whole point is to stop once you lose the "pop"
+Speed Of Sport oh I'm just trolling. Love your style of coaching! Please post more vids! Bench press also teaches you to stiffen up you upper body not a good thing for taking punches.
