Hey ! Interesting build, tho for the ancient fairy I do prefer to play clear wing as a good way to protect and conteol your opponen't play (hardcounter flamberge by itself for example), and I also play a lot of handtraps, including dominus purge, wich takes opponent off guard lmao Also the link 4 ritual beast was made to counter us 100%, no joke
Yo I'm a budget baller kind of guy and I was wondering how much this entire deck cost u as I'm just looking for a machine deck that wouldn't break the bank but is still fun
@@Sim_racing_enthusiast Drytron and engine wise, the deck should be fairly inexpensive outside of Drytron Nova. The new support is all commons and supers, plus Benten / Diviner etc has all been recently reprinted.
I wish there was a good way for hieratics to have a turn one. Currently in duel links they rely to heavily on one or two backrow and a mediocre rank 6 XYZ monster. It reminded me a lot of tellarknights back in 2015 and legendary six samurais.
I like the list, just wondered whether you missed prosperity? As can be useful going 1st to dig for engine or a hand-trap and going 2nd can be used to search board breakers. Just a thought 😃
@@niallherbert6926 I’ve actually been thinking of this deck a lot recently, and yes would add prosperity in future. I’d probably move to add more breakers in general just given the current format.
For test hand 1, the correct play would have been to activate world after you summon the ruler so you can pitch the magikey and keep draconids in hand for follow up 😊
Vanitys is definitely a necessary evil lol. Theres a lot of times where because of nu2 that i can throw down like vanitys and fucho through shifter, and search beta for follow up lol
I forgot I was gonna mention, I only run 2 Benten. I play the one prep which is a multi target between being a 3rd Benten or 2nd route to magikey. I actually feel like 2 Benten has almost always felt the nicest for me, but 3 is obviously good for a high fairy count/herald build, and makes Natasha better. But I'm opting out of Natasha for the time being
@@rorschach4502 I took this to locals last week and won. Vanity’s and Fucho ended up being my end board a number of times, just to guarantee getting to the next turn and win
I play a similar list except I usually feel dirty playing vanity’s so I opt to normal diviner for guaranteed DAD on the end board. I can usually end on mu beta, dad, ip, batos, counter trap.

@@mayoiismygoddess4749 I’ll be looking to add 2-3 of the Dark Magician, and I’ll be adding in the Dark Magician Spell that lets you fusion or ritual summon, I think it’s secrets of dark magic. This way you can turn Gandora + DM into Dragoon
This is a nice deck build but this is only imo. Since you play 3 successor souls I would play 2 blue eyes white dragon instead of 2 hieratic seal of sun dragon overlord. Because you tribute one of your hieratic monster and one of your opponents monster to bring out 3000 beater blue eyes then your hieratic triggers to bring out another blue eyes at 0/0 so you have more options of keeping blue eyes and attack instead of 2 0/0 monsters. or you can fusion both for blue eyes twin burst dragon because twin burst does not need for poly. You can just send both blue eyes to the grave to fusion out twin burst to get rid of your opponent's high attack monster or monsters that can't be destroyed by card effects or you can just xyz them both depending on what your opponent has on the field. It'll give you more options.
I appreciate the video and test hands, I was looking into shining sarc as a possible pickup and I'm really leaning towards it now. Looks like a quick and fun otk deck.

@@kamikazekid6227 just reading them now, can see where the synergy appears, but they would not summon themselves if popped off Gandora would they? They would be banished before they could register being sent to the GY?
@@locallevelduelist8356yes there is no Synergy with gandora But you can Play droplet und Magicians Soul for the synergy with the toybox Engine. I Play 3x Toybox, 1x solider, 1x Tank, 3x Magicians Soul, 2x Illusion of Chaos and 3 droplets. You can it try is Really fun but my List is Not Perfect.
@@locallevelduelist8356 Yes there is no synergy with gandora but you Can Play 3x Magicians Soul, 2x Illusion of Chaos and 3 droplets for the synergy. For the Ratio i play 3x toybox, 1x soldier and 1x Tank. You can try it. Is really fun but my List is Not Perfect 😂
reject 40 cards, play 60 card spright max out on carrot and red, play 2 pixies, run the melffy engine and diva 21 non engine to hide all the soft garnets who cares what you draw you will see 2 bodies
Silly question (I am fairly new to playing ygo), but how do you summon Red Eyes Black Dragoon without Red Eyes Black Dragon in the deck? Also, how would that work with Super Poly? Many thanks in advance for your reply ☺️
Dragoon needs dark magician plus red eyes or a dragon effect monster. So with branded fusion you can use albaz plus dark magician to make lubellion. Then, lubellion shuffles back albaz and dark magician to summon dragoon. It doesn’t really work with super poly because you need to get Dark magician specially on the field. When we get the new dark magician shining sarc card, super poly could be used to make dragoon because you can use the new DM plus Gandora for example

I’m the same, I have it in and out of profiles all the time. But I definitely agree that’s it’s a decent choice in the deck. If everything is booked, the chance of Gandora goi g through is a lot higher
Desires is excellent if you’re not running branded fusion. We also have the one of silent monsters that we’d ideally have around. Whereas, we very rarely use the extra deck, so extrav makes more sense.
@@demise82 yeah work towards getting a 2nd or even 3rd copy. Not needing to rely on searching it is super helpful and that silent swordsman quick play is super strong when playing into a board. Really helps ensure the board wipe goes through
Maybe, for the pure experience of playing the deck it’s fun to play, but definitely something I side out at every opportunity. I think with the next core set I will be replacing it with the in theme mirror force trap card that can also be set off the new dark magician. Card seems half decent 💪🏻
You could probably add more Thunder Dragon cards like the OG Thunder Dragon and Matrix. You could also add more nonengine / consistency cards like Allure of Darkness.
It definitely is! Targeting on the link 2 is rough as well as Nib. That’s why something like Crossout is necessary. Otherwise, you could play less non engine / Crossout and play other engines that could help. Horus engine comes to mind as a possibility. Superheavy as some uses, but doesn’t help the vulnerability as much now that baronne is banned
@@chick3nbob912 only good card for the deck is crossout for his adaptability, and if a deck which is not tier 0, needs crossout to be at least playable, is dogwater
Yeah that’s something I want to look into. Originally didn’t bother with it at all, as I didn’t want to add tuners that weren’t necessarily good cards to draw. However if I were to go down the Superheavy route, it’s something I would definitely consider, as you get more consistent tuner access to be able to get into Draco synchro and then summon majesty from deck and full combo 💪🏻
@@locallevelduelist8356 technically you can with luster pendulm extra draco target high scale can fodder scales and does stuff for the Draco ED it’s all preference. Tested locals and came up few times
I dont know, revolution synchron and hanger make me first turn buster, 3 negate apollusa, therion king regulus, and borreload savage. And if you draw the galaxy soldier you could throw cyber dragon infinity in the mix.
great video..3x dropplet are dope.. why didnt put bystial baldrake? it has more distruption boards and also branded Etude is really good in this deck allowing you to synchro barone or chaos angel on op turn without restrictions. second eff Etude are good too
Hm, I can’t imagine it would be too expensive. The Superheavy stuff should all be fairly cheap (mostly common). Not sure on Raidraptor pricing since the new support. I’d say it’s fairly budget friendly
