So a while video of you picking it up, putting it back in the box, and showing how much it still looks like the harbor freight version at the end of the video. Yeah we get it, they are both chinese trash. How about a little use comparison. The only thing you used it for at all was to loosen a clamp.
@@JohnDoe-df2zz it’s explained in the video the tool was used on about 200+ fasteners and 30+ hose clamps opening them and banding them tight, you want a video of me doing that in each clip back to back to back with no change or failure in the tool? It operated as expected, for the price it does what it should!

Cheap electric screwdrivers like that are low quality at best. If you can get alot of use out of then good times but non usb charging is definitely a deal breaker for me. Thoes are as huge as my dewalt 8v gyro screwdriver and far less powerful. As for the knockoff vessel screwdriver you have to consider the form factor and intended purpose. I have used a knockoff vessel and it was garbage for less than 10 dollars savings compared to the made in Japan vessel. To be fair I love my vessel electric screwdrivers and use them for outlets switches light fixtures ect. The 3 speed is the way to go but for people thinking it needs more torque no. It's small as a regular vessel screwdriver and does low torque things well. I can't fit that cordless screwdriver in my veto mp2x on my side. I encourage you to try a dewalt 8v gyro or something reputable and feel the quality and difference
All these people are wrong. I work at hobo freight and this happens when people return items. All items get sent back to a warehouse where they’re tested for defaults and rebuilt from the same items that are defective and sent back to stores to sell. It doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing because harbor freight has an amazing return policy so it could have been someone needed a drill for a job and returned it after it was complete, either way defective or not this mark means it was returned and sent to the warehouse for testing and rebuilding and the sharpie marking is their way of labeling the spare parts they have that was pulled from another drill so this means it was returned, tested and rebuilt and sent back to another store where you bought it.
Yea I hunt those down during parking lot sales for the extra 40% off. But usually I see three x marks carved in, usually somewhere obvious. Not sharpie marks somewhere hidden
Is this guy complaining about the aesthetic quality of something from harbor freight? Also it probably just a quality assurance shorthand note used in manufacturing
