Excellent tutorial and well-deserved like. BUT! What we are seeing outside is far not always equal to what is inside. After all these manipulations I am eager to look inside of the body to check if we have, e.g., pyramids (Pyr5, Pyr13).
Great sir, I've ansys 2020 R1 and it's get meshing of Hex by using tri/qua. If I use instead this linear and All qua then they do meshing. But is this correct?
Sir.. I can't increase the mesh .. In my workbench the option is different than urs and another plm is How can I define contact stress & displacement from this analysis?
Respected Sir, I have a question regarding Meshing. They are 2 Exact and similar Components each component having 14 Faces. If I mesh 1 component By Cleaning the Geometry, Splitting the Body, Creating Washer's around the holes, Removing the Fillets... Etc And finally 3D Hexahedral Meshing is performed on this 1st Component. And it took around 30 min for this 1st Component to complete Meshing with Quality checks. Now I don't want to repeat the same procedure for 2nd similar Component which consumes another 30 Min time. How I should reduce the time for Meshing 2nd Similar Component ??? Please can you make video on mesh copy to other similar Component ? How can I transform Meshing of 1st Component to 2nd Similar Component ???
