Ironically a, Bobby Tolan couldn't locate the pop up Cesar Geronimo, and the ball dropped in for a Texas Leaguer and Geronimo cleared the bases and ended up on third with a triple giving the Reds the lead 4-3. Bobby Tolan made a nice one handed catch to on the next batter who hit the ball well. My best friend Dean used to live across the street from Bobby Tolan in Forest Park, a suburb of Cincinnati. Joe Morgan and Ken Griffey used to come over there. I got to see my Heros almost every weekend in the early 70's. Eventually Pete Rose went to the Philies and they won a World Series. My Grandpa lived in Philly for a few years and play ball with Danny Murtaugh Ironically! Then both of Bob Boones sons Bret and Aaron ended up playing with the Reds. Small world. I'll bet you didn't know that Ken Griffey Jr. has a brother Craig who was also a good Baseball player and Dave Parker has a little Brother who also was a good Baseball player Lonnie, also Johnny Bench had an older brother who was fantastic. I met a guy who's Dad played ball with Mickey Mantle, and he decided to be a preacher instead of playing Major League Baseball! I got more stories where that came from too!

my gosh! is this how we watched tv 50 years ago? we had to use our imaginations a lot! I remember fiddling with the antenna, trying to get a clearer picture.

The last chapter had Fire Emblem Fates level of writing

and we finally get to the end of the series! i have to say, my ranking continues to be VLR > 999 > ZTD. i didn't find ZTD as good because it simply doesn't stick the ending and the highs aren't nearly as high as VLR or 999. a third of the cast just being a complete trash fire (q team) is unconscionable. 999 was an even keeled good game and VLR swung from being one of my favourite gaming experiences of all time to crashing and burning at one of the worst endings i've ver experienced lol. there's something to be said about a roller coaster being far more entertaining than a flat train ride thanks for uploading these and for all the fish! these are some of my favourite joe streams and one of my favourite VN series despite all the bumps

honestly i was pretty much on the same page as joe when playing this. it really set itself apart with its wildly different structure and some great character moments... and i still ended up mixed by the end. the escape rooms just aren't very good and there's a whole third of the cast that's just miserably stupid and annoying. plus later story moments... thanks for uploading this series

(ZTD spoilers) . . . My favorite part of the ZTD reveal is that, because Delta's plan relies on the AB Project succeeding, that means Brother sent Dio intentionally to fail. He purposely gave him instructions such that he would fuck up and allow the project to succeed. The fact that Dio is an idiot is actually a plot point that gets addressed.

it's really fun how they have the "positive", "negative" and "neutral" archetype in every team so that one person has to make the persuasive argument for taking the less harmful choice and the other makes the "rational" argument for self preservation and the neutral party becomes the leader player character making that choice. it makes the party dynamics quite interesting and also shakes things a little cause phi has to argue for not shooting sigma in the incinerator game whereas sigma, the "rational" one wants to sacrifice himself and the leader diana becomes the de facto positive one but it's also unintentionally hilarious because there's zero way i'm buying "punished junpei" who spent a whole ass single year and has somehow lost all faith in humanity in no time. i feel there should have been at least a 3-5 year gap between the first game and this one to let these feelings fester more instead of turning him into such a grumpy goose in so little time thanks for uploading these!

thanks for uploading these. damn quark's little anecdote about tenmyouji caring for him is definitely the reason why i love these games. they're so bonkers but they almost always have a core of raw humanity and love in them good lord the VA for luna at 1:41:40 raises the hairs on my arms. it's so effective and creepy. wonderful job. insane how you can just tell that her entire demeanour has completely changed just from her saying "sigma"
