Hello, Could you share details about your project? It looks really nice. What I notticed is fact that you started with optical encoder to finally drop it. Are these 6 sot23 devices hall sensors? Do you use them with magnetic shaft as an encoder? What is the accuracy? What type of magnets have you used? What is the main idea: do you just put magnets inside shaft with low accuracy and then recalibrate ecnoder or rather mill each of them to make it super-tight?
