I never got why they named it that name, until now. As a 20-year vegan I am still not interested in this place. The food looks a mess. In this respect, slutty is appropriate.
Thanks for the video. My son's birthday is this week. And I was hoping to find a video about this place. Your video was a lot of help. Thank you once again
#FunFacts Atlanta has been self proclaimed the Hollywood of the south But did you know tht Atlanta has also been named the AIDS capital of not just the south but the entire nation??Plus Houston alone has more Fortune 500 companies then the entire state of Georgia just something I thought I’ll throw in the mix💁🏾♂️💁🏾♂️💁🏾♂️
Jimmy Carter is someone who fell hook, line, and sinker for the Trump-Russia collusion hoax and to this day he still believes in this fairytale. That tells me all I need to know about him. I was around for his presidency so I was never under any illusions about his wisdom. He hosted and toasted the Shah of Iran at the White House as a force for stability in the middle east all the while riot police were firing tear gas at anti-Shah protesters across the street in Lafayette Park.
I live in Georgia..Georgia needs to be open to TRUE tiny homes giving people the option to individual purchases of their own bringing their own tiny houses to leased or rented land in a community setting.
These were created by a young black man. The local banks in Georgia wouldn't give him the loan. So everyone shut up. You did not do what he did. So shut up already, Do something for your community already 😂😂😂
Wow do you bully much. Who are you to tell anybody to shut up. Why does it have to be about race anyway. Somebody always has to go to the race card. It doesn't matter what race built them.
South Park Cottages opened in 2023 with a village of 29 tiny homes just outside of Atlanta. The average price is $190,000 to $230,000. Average mortgage price on $190,000 is $1,500 🏡. (Compare that the average price of a home in Atlanta for $431,250). Sustainable amenities: Gated community, garden, walking path,🏃♂community fire pits, dog park, 🐕 solar lighting. The demand was so great that they SOLD OUT before they were built, and less than two months after they hit the market. (Source: "Business Insider" - Real Estate) You can't beat it!
I see a lot of negative comments and i understand but coming from the point of experiencing living in a “tiny house” I downsized from a 3200 sq ft house to a 600 sq ft adu and absolutely love it! Easy to clean, and you don’t miss all of the “stuff” that you thought you needed. For me, it made me realize the unfortunate waste we acquire trying to keep up with everyone else to have the biggest this or that. You can free up money for traveling and making lifelong memories! These are beautiful!
I like tiny houses for the right situations, but these are so stark, dark, cramped and ugly. You needed to minimize the outside part of the videos and show more of the interiors and possibilities of the interiors.
Had it a week and a half ago - it was AMAZING! Flew out in the morning and had a great breakfast at Paschals and then flew back and grabbed fried chicken to go for dinner.
I would not thank you for a house in the first community. Talk about coming home drunk and not knowing which house was your’s. And the filming of the inside of those houses…my four year old grandson could do better. We don’t want to see the walls…we want to see the rooms. C’mon. Sorry to be so negative. The second community was lovely…but i was surprised to see some of the houses at the end of the rows look out to the side of the houses of the next row. Ick. I like tiny houses, but i don’t want to feel cramped outside.
Looking at those tiny dark houses in the cramped space for so many families makes me feel claustrophobic - extremely stressful!!!! I would HATE living there.😥
Thank you for sharing, I have walked and shopped in that beautiful area so many times.. I am in the U K now but I would move back if God directs my steps 🙏❤
Remember, it’s all about affordability, the bigger the yard, the bigger the money you pay! It looks safe, clean and professional, plus it’s affordable.
Roads have many rules to follow and have to be made to state standards for the DOT to accept them. In many states this means roads so wide at cul de sacs that they can accommodate a fire truck…..and endless other rules. Here is another thing about roads…..they are very expensive to build (as yes I have first hand experience with this). All of these costs have to be absorbed into the cost of the home……which doesn’t work well for tiny houses. You get better ability to absorb secondary building costs with larger houses….that is just fact (that the average person doesn’t understand).
