I really like the song he puts out, I just hope he doesnt let the fame change him like it's done to so many musical artists. Because its about the fans, without them there is no career in music, but you gotta stay true to yourself as well and not let the lables change who you are and what you stand for.
Zach, you made my day with that one missed note! Lol! I've play piano for 43 years, mostly at church, and I've missed my share over the years, lol. I just tell people I missed that note on purpose so yall could tell I wasn't faking it, 😅. Enjoy your music buddy, keep it up!
Me and my husband have been fans of Zach since last summer and I’m so excited to hear he has an album coming. We have been country fans our how life and Zach has it. We got to see him open this weekend for flatland Calvary and he blew it out of the water! He has a true talent that you don’t hear a lot anymore.
good onya dude, what a great experience you must have to be able to gig in nashville , get lessons off brent and call him a mate . great interviewing, ive subscribed

Wow Zach you look like the first time I met your Dad! You're doing great, I'm glad you're enjoying doing what you love. Your guitar playing has sure progressed since the days here in the Tri-Cities, praying you always remember those of us who Sunday mornings went to church with you.❤
I wouldn't just say Zach's music is just 90's country music, I think it fits in going way back to the 40's thru the 90's and maybe beyond a little! Zach, you're the real deal, voice, pickin that guitar amazing and the great personality and all the rest too!!
I can see another wave of great country artist bringing the older style of music home. Great interview with Hannah Dasher. Great podcast Payton Collier keep them coming.
This podcast is refreshing! I'm so far removed from the Nashville local scene that it might as well be in a different country. I totally enjoy hearing these blue collar boys flipping Nashville upside-down and taking the town back in the name of Country Music. I know us mountain folk are proud of y'all on the frontlines. Keep sending heaters our way!
Brent is to country guitar, as Tony Rice is to bluegrass guitar. Brent in my opinion is by far the most influential guitarist to ever come outve the country genre. Brent Mason and Scotty Anderson are my two favorite Tele players
@@marieparks9168 I figured that he'd have a music career at some level, but he could be a big as anyone. I just hope he doesn't forget his roots. I wish him the best going forward.
I live in Australia. Many years ago I got turned onto Iris Dement! Honesty in songwriting that was a freaking smack in the face. Saw her in early 2010's in Adelaide. A few decades later I discover Brennen. I listened to "John Deere H" and lost my toys out of the cot! What a song.! 6 months later I got to see her with Ray and Asleep At The Wheel at the same venue as Iris. As a Queensland, Australia, farm boy, a decade removed from Bennen's Dad but still with the understanding of how he felt....JDH is as good as "Our Town". There is no "better" when it comes to these ladies...it's what memories those lyrics and delivery engender at the time.
This guy is a natural RU-vid / interviewer - genuine, real, articulate, thoughtful, smooth - not “wacky” or super “joky “ or “laughy “. Been watching B.M. Interviews over a decade and this is the best one …. You’re on to something with this adventure. I subscribed
Just found your podcast yesterday evening. Very glad I did. I of course checked out the interviews of all the northeast Arkansas fellas you have had on and I will be binge watching all of the others over the course of working this week. Love it and keep them coming.
found Zach a few years back on youtube. was an instant fan and have followed him closely since. He is THE best thing going! Zach, Will Bannister, Mae Estes are keeping this traditional country sound going!
