Hi Lynn. I loved your video as always. Love all those clothes especially the gorgeous skirt and the lovely jumpers from H & M and the red t shirt is a lovely colour on you but I agree it’s far too long it’s a shame you couldn’t get it shorter than that but you’re lucky you can alter it yourself. I’m not very good with sewing 😂 I can sew a button on and take up a hem but that’s the limit 😂. You really suited all those clothes. Thank you for always making me smile. So nice to see you and Tommy seem’s a lovely man . My dad is 94 and up until last week just like Tommy still drove his car lives alone. I was in Italy on holiday got a call long story short he fell outside on the patio 8-30 at night took the ambulance 6-1/2 hrs to come unbelievable really . Since being in hospital he’s has a mini stroke now they think he’s got blood clots. We obviously cut our holiday short managed to get on a flight. It’s going to be a long road I’m afraid. Just shows you how things can change in a flash . X❤
Hiya Lynn, I love that ivory jumper with the ivory and black polka dot skirt, it looks really classic and chic and can carry through all seasons, as I think Winter white, ivory etc. looks great in colder months, because we need an uplift in mood, so adding lightness, brightness and splashes of colour really cheers people.... I notice when I wear things like this in colder months people look with an admiring smile, because what we're doing when WE wear uplifting clothing is we brighten OUR mood but ALSO those who observe us....and in fact I've sent for an ivory merino fine knit sweater very similar....it really enhances the face by casting light upward....it's surprising how clothing psychologically affects us and how we feel about ourselves, it's more than superficial, it's an extended and artistic expression of our characters....deep I know....I can't help analysing psychologically😂....really enjoying your videos, I look forward to them x
Hi Lynn, what a lovely selection of items you have bought. All of them are really useful and such good value. The pearl tops looked especially good with that lovely skirt. A really good find for your holidays. I think the red T-shirt would take up. I would keep that! I went to on a daytrip Friday 6/9 to near Alton Towers and it was so hot! The day before it had been freezing in the NW! Thanks for showing the items.
A generation who went through hard times but have enjoyed the good years. Well done to him for embracing technology too. Great stories reminded me of my own Dad 90, MIL 100 and FIL 100 sadly my Mam passed when she was only 61. Soon Ida will be listening to his stories too. ❤
Hi Beautiful, You got some fantastic deals. Loved the skirt. It looked so good on you. I know you've got to be so excited to go on vacation. I know I would be for sure. When you are on vacation, you want comfort more than anything. And they all seem so comfy while still looking very put together. I think if Joann doesn't want that red top, you could definitely cut it down some, because you really look good in red. You need more red in your wardrobe. Have you started packing yet, or at least thinking about what you are going to bring? The tops with the little pearls is so cute. Maybe you could see if they have red in that. I didn't see where the skirt was see through, at least it didn't look like it on the screen. You might be able to tell better when you edit. You have a fantastic eye for seeing something and know whether it's going to look good on you or not. I don't have that gift. I get home with something and put it on, and think, what the hell was I thinking? haha So glad you and Joann got to spend the day together shopping? Did she pick up anything? I hope to get out soon and shop for some sales around here. A few warmer pieces for the winter. I'm hoping to find some sales. I may even get to go to a couple of charity shops to look around. It has been non-stop thunderstorms again. Last night it even knocked out the electricity. So our generator got its first test. It worked perfectly. The power was out for about an hour. We are under flash flood warnings right now. So I'm hoping by Monday or Tuesday, the weather will be a lot better. I do like your hair up. It really looks cute on you. Love that skirt which looked great with the cream jumper, The grey short sleeve and the tops with pearls were all just the right length. The red top of you shorten it would look so much better on you. Like you I am short so end up having take most things up I really wish ALl shops sold clothes in variety of lengths i.e. Short or petite c❤❤
The skirt looks gorgeous and really suits you. I loved the long sleeve top❤. I've always altered the length of tee shirts. I tend to do it but hand. I'm not really someone who likes to tuck so the length is important for it to lay flat. Thank you for all your hard work, much appreciated xx

Love that skirt Lynn, it really suis you. All the tops are really nice as well. I'll have to have a look at them. Also if you have a special stretch stitch on your sewing machine I think you could shorten the red t-shirt. I often alter sleeves on t-shirts as I am only 5ft and my arms are quite short.❤

Hi Lynn…Just thought I would tell you…..I’m going abroad next weekend (Dubrovnik) and I thought I would treat myself to some swanky perfume at the airport, then I saw your video with Dialect. You were so convincing 🤣. I ordered 3…Rose Macaron, Neroli Escape and Vibrant Woods for my son. I’m so glad I did they are unbelievably long lasting aren’t they?, so thank you. I don’t know if you’ve tried Neroli Escape yet but it is definitely a lovely holiday scent it’s divine and that’s the one I shall be taking away with me.I shall look forward to your monthly perfume slot with this company. 🌺 x
