All politics in office based on nationality group majority. I want to complaint about a manager for exploitation of subordinate and using badwords. That manager does not do much work but dumps all his work on his subordinate without monetary compensation. I want to complain to owner of the company over 100 years old company it is and dubai authorities. Which dubai authority to complain to.
Hi, This is a common problem in Dubai even though I faced the same once. It is an internal issue, so try to resolve it internally 1st. You can politely bring this issue in the owner( or a person to whom your manager reports)knowledge .see how he reacts if it doesn't work then you can complain to labour court but for that you must have a reason a Solid reason and proof.
