Hi there. I'm Alex, a romanian Eurovision superfan living in Japan. I spread the word of Eurovision around the world and I invite people that have never heard of Eurovision to react to some of the most interesting acts. ENJOY !!!
I'm italian and I know english and a bunch of other languages and americans can't even bother translating the song's lyrics before watching the video? Jesus guys, and then you wonder why europeans don't like you that much... Do better.
if you guys are wondering about the end in the netherlands music video, its about his parents. they passed away when Joost was a child, dad died from cancer when joost was 12 and after a year i think? his mom died due cardiac arrest. think hes singing about his dad yk cus euro - papa some countries call dad for papa. really sad that he got disqualified after all he has been through..
marcus and martinus are 22, they are from norway but represent sweden cause they grew up there, i think not sure if they grew up there but i know they have lived in sweden.
Turkish and Turkic cultures have had many different types of drums in their tradition for a long time. The words "düm" and "tek" are two types of drum hits. If I remember correctly one of them is a hit on the top drum part and the other is a hit to the side.
What is an interesting coincidence is that when Hélena Paparízou won the 2005 Eurovision it was her nameday! For us Greeks (we are more than 90% Greek Christian Orthodox) our nameday is more important than our birthday. It was the 21st of May 2005. Saints Konstantínos and Eléni were celebrated. Hélena's real birth name is Eléni. But is very common for an Eléni to be called Élena, Léna, Lenió, Léngo... Élena in English is Helena.
Ukrainian song is more about girl power and they say 'all the divas were born as a human being '. And their perfomans on Eurovision was much better then at national selections
Sweden... sorry it's really bad... the dancing... the song... the Star War staging... because of 2 teenagers who are sorely lacking in maturity and experience... it They really need to stop playing the PlayStation and eating at McDonald's
@@emmanuelchatain4397I think you have it wrong, you look like all you do is play games and eat. Atleast they are living their best life since childhood while you are on your bed at home. The song was amazing and it’s not anybody’s fault u have horrendous taste… and I can assure u they are not at home 24/7 like you.
As a Portuguese girl, I didn't find their video reacting at all disrespectful. You can see that they are americans and that their way of appreciating music is totally different from how we Europeans experience Eurovision. I would like to see people from other continents to do that. As well as I would like to see if there were any such program on another continent (forgive me and tell me if it already exists). Probably, my bets would be wrong and my taste and less understanding of culture would influence. But that is what it is all about. Most youtube reacts are always talking over the vídeo, it's normal to hear little of the music, but if we want to hear the music well we'll listen to the Eurovision channel. Their point is really to react and have fun. Why such a bad vibe? I swear that as a Eurovision fan and as an european girl, I felt zero offended and I was glad to see that in other continents they talk about Eurovision!
This channel used to be great a few years ago...what happened? It seems like hes lost his way somewhat. Where are all the Eurovision performance uploads with Alex's reactions? Where is the Eurovision watch party you used to do?
He is is talking about being in the either and wanting to come back to his love not to with space just a person exploring going somewhere and regretting it = i.e. cheating on someone
Slovenia is not about “skin and body”, obviously you don’t understand what the song is about…and I am american too. The song is about a real story, the first woman accused of witchcraft In Slovenia being innocent. She was executed. Show some respect for the Slovenian people and for this masterpiece. The singer, Raiven, is an opera singer and well above the level of Eurovision. Eurovision (and you) are not ready for this ART. Ignorance and goofiness still prevails…SAD. That’s all.
You don't make fun of anyone... You respect everyone, even the Finnish singer who is naked on stage ... with her toy ... Americans should definitely not make fun of Finland because it's in Finnish culture (I find the singer from the low countries a bit psycho... reason he was fired)
The spanish singer is 56 and the songs talks about the fact that it doesn't matter what she does as a woman, people are going to called her "zorra" (b1tch). It's an empowering song for women
😂 The only thing that unites Eurofans most, apart from Eurovision, is the contempt for the people of the United States. remember guys. America is a continent with 35 countries, not just a country in the north that claims the name America or "American".😢 They are people from the United States, they do not have an identifying name.
I'm European and I don't share your contempt... don't speak for others ... (if I understood correctly you despise Americans because they are a continent of 35 countries .... )
