For anyone wanting to know blu m8l hard reset factory reset everybody tells you wrong it is hold the power button first and then the volume up button and after you see the splash screen wait about 3 to 5 seconds and let off of all buttons

Thanks for the help been wanting to do this for a while because ever since the last update for this this device it made the quickstep stock launcher really buggy where it refuses to close apps sometimes and I think I have to reset the devices cash from the recovery menu because it won't work in the settings app

And I just got an awesome working tablet from the pawn shop for $10, because they couldn't figure out factory reset. :)
