there's many reasons why a crown may not fit. If the offset was set at 0.1mm, then there could be a number of reasons for ill fit: Are the contacts too tight? What did you print/mill the crown with? What printer/mill are you using? How are you post-processing your crown? If printing, what printer are you using and what resin are you using. What curing unit are you using? A lot of questions and design is just part of the puzzle.
hi, i use exocad, and i have plan to use elegoo saturn 4 ultra 3d printer 12K, its possible or adequate already to use that printer for crown printing?thnx
I was trying to make the same guide . But since the implant is in a deep placement it shows guide tube collision. And if i bring the guide tube up it's exceeding the longest drill available. How to fix this ?
unfortunately no fix for this besides drilling to the deepest that you can go, and then manually sinking in your drill after your guided osteotomy is done
hi. during the outline designation mode, how do we delete each point individually like you did in the video? cause backspace and delete button cant seem to remove them
Hi, I have a question regarding accuware for resin printing via network each time I click on it it gives me this message "please insert dongle and restart application" knowing that I am a beginner I really need help pleaaase 😁
Apologies for the late reply. I'm not terribly familiar with Accuware to be honest. I assume you have the dongle for Exocad attached? Does Accuware require its own dongle as well? If so, make sure that's plugged in too. That's assuming you are using a genuine copy/version of Exocad purchased from a reseller. Worst case scenario you can export the design as an STL and then import that into Accuware
Hi, this seems to be stage 0 of an aligner series. Do you use this printer to print active alinger stages? I have recently bought a X1 Carbon and I am still looking for the right configuration.
@@RATVramialhamami just Google MeditLink and register for a free CLINIC/PRACTITIONER account. Once that's done there should be a link available for you to download MeditLink on your PC. Once that is done you can go the Apps library and find it there :)
Hello , can you determin how much steps you want, and select precisely what movement you want first to be executed in the right order? Can you also add some attachments? thank you.
what would make this most valuable is step by step instructions, maybe pdf because you completed 100 steps in 7 min and even trying to stop and start the video ill likely miss a step
apologies for the late reply - there should be a panel on the left once you leave the edit functions. You can right click each of those layers to lock from what I can remember!
I'm using a combination of polishers here. I've had some nice success with the vita PMMA polishing kit, followed by a cotton buff. Results have been overall good so far, I'm not ambitious with the material.

When at the step of removing interferences, what do you do if when removing the interferences, it leaves complete holes in the splint? Is this an issue with the original scanned models? How can I fix this issue?
@@ai3d676 thank you so much for getting back to me. would it be possible to use the injection mould trays as a custom tray and line it with exaclear to make a clear stent for direct bonding? will i have to make the thicker for that? thank you again
Very nice concept but i would not use a printing resin to bond these 2 layers because of the high toxicity of the non polymerized resin that may rest in between.
O I agree the design can and should be improved - this wasn't' used on a patient and the video is just a quick run through on how the software flows as a whole. It's easy being an keyboard warrior/armchair critic. What would you do to improve the design? We are all here to learn :)
