The Problem: Kids are quitting sports early, missing crucial benefits. With 70% of children dropping out of sports at age 13 and a significant adolescent mental health crisis, we face urgent issues. Physically active is the answer.

Our Approach: ShareWaves tackles barriers to sports participation. Our three core strategies-removing cost barriers through micro-grants, supporting high-quality sports programs in marginalized communities, and equipping caregivers with essential skills-have led to significant positive changes.

Future Focus: Fix the broken youth sports system by addressing increasing costs, poor time prioritization, and unequal access, making sports more accessible, promoting multi-sport participation, and providing coach education.
