Crazy yours went 14.30 on 87! Best I got mine on 87/93 they ran the same was 14.8 but I’m 4x4 launching it, didn’t try 2wd too much and both times were really hot 90-100 Southeast Texas heat, and I’m also XLT 4x4 hoping to squeeze a lower 14 on 93 and 13s on e85. Also might be my driving causing high time. Trap speed is 95-97
That car was extremely fast. It made 1178rwhp and ran low 4s om dragy 60-130 in very bad weather and spinning. I've owned 2 if then at 1100+rwhp and just wanted to start over and go from stock to built up with the stock blower.
Well we were looking to change up the exhaust on the 2020 Redeye Widebody and this video sealed that it’s just noise. The Techs at Palm Beach Dyno were shocked when I asked them to remove all the MBRP exhaust and install the stock stuff on 2020 Procharged GT. My car made almost 800hp with the stock resonator and stock catback (long tubes & no cats). I think for the Redeye and Mustangs that the stock mid-pipes and catback are efficient enough for this power level. There won’t be any noticeable gains just noticeable decibels.
Yep. I typically do them just because of the fear of blowing the engine when I push the car further, and I like less heat. They'll pay dividends down the road. But not much now, 100% correct.
Turn off all traction. Learn to pedal the car. Keeping traction on pulls timing (aka) slowing the car down to gain traction. Remove traction, I get my best times that way.
You should get with RSP DMV and use there products. They have a very nice Chiller set-up. I had major troubles with cat delete also not fitting correctly and bad fumes. I went LTH and catless to fix that issue.
Waiting on a clutch. We have exceeded the capability of the stock driveline. We have a Calimer trans with 26 spline input shaft and can't seem to get a clutch from anyone! Mantic is claiming they're going to pull through for us. We will see.
When you removed the stock or installed the ported, did you disconnect the battery? I was debating on porting mine but def don’t want any codes or that mess lol.
@@MisterDragy I knew it looked familiar, and when you mentioned the tuning it figured it had to be the same hard. I was going to make an offer on it when it was for sale, but it not being a good turbo motor is what made me change my mind. Sweet car though and sounds sick!
@@MisterDragy Same here. I made my first and only draggy 60-130 hit the other day in my 2011 Mustang and went 5.9 with a T56 Magnum. DA was like 1580. I’m in North FL where the DA can be -1500 in Dec. Just moved here from Miami where the DA is always hot as balls. -1500 LOL. I’m going to put some Ethanol One in the tank for a moon shot.Lol
Supercars aren’t meant for speed. Most of them can barely break 200. The Bugatti is probably the only hyper car worth its salt compared to modded muscle.
The set up is the “I have a small penis, look at me” setup it costs a lot, but your buddies will think your cool, until they get married and have kids and you wake them up by trying to be cool
