Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of Nutella on parchment paper and store in the frizer for 10-15 minutes 2. In a bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and melted butter until well combined 3. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix it all together, but be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are fine. 4. Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over very low heat. You can lightly grease it with cooking spray or a bit of butter. 5. Pour 60 milliliters (1/4 cup) of the pancake batter onto the hot pan, spreading it slightly into a circular shape. 6. Immediately add the frozen Nutella piece in the center of the pancake. 7. Cover the Nutella with a little more pancake batter, making sure it's fully covered. 8.
